【摘要】：隨著城市化進(jìn)程的加快,歷史文化建筑的維護(hù)與更新已成為現(xiàn)代城市規(guī)劃的重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目。廣州騎樓是廣州市乃至中國(guó)最寶貴的物質(zhì)財(cái)富,這種商住結(jié)合的建筑既代表了嶺南地區(qū)的建筑文化,又具有深刻的歷史文化內(nèi)涵。本文在諾伯格·舒爾茨場(chǎng)所理論的基礎(chǔ)上,通過(guò)對(duì)廣州騎樓的調(diào)研和實(shí)地考察,從自然環(huán)境、人為環(huán)境、人文環(huán)境和特殊的歷史性進(jìn)行探討廣州騎樓的場(chǎng)所精神,并通過(guò)對(duì)兩個(gè)實(shí)際經(jīng)典案例的分析,總結(jié)廣州騎樓如何在保存其獨(dú)特場(chǎng)所精神的前提下對(duì)廣州騎樓的保護(hù)和利用。本論文主要分為三個(gè)部分:第一部分緒論部分,敘述了本文的研究背景意義和主要研究?jī)?nèi)容,結(jié)合多種研究分析方法,整理構(gòu)建論文的寫(xiě)作結(jié)構(gòu)。第二部分為第二、三、四章,首先對(duì)廣州騎樓的風(fēng)格、形式、現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行描述;然后從場(chǎng)所、場(chǎng)所結(jié)構(gòu)、場(chǎng)所精神和場(chǎng)所淪陷幾個(gè)方面進(jìn)行闡述諾伯格·舒爾茨的場(chǎng)所理論,同時(shí)從自然環(huán)境、人為環(huán)境、人文環(huán)境及特殊歷史方面對(duì)廣州騎樓的場(chǎng)所精神進(jìn)行探討,接著以?xún)蓚�(gè)經(jīng)典實(shí)際改造項(xiàng)目為例,探討歷史建筑或歷史街區(qū)在新形勢(shì)下的更新利用。最后一部分為結(jié)論篇,在第一、第二部分的基礎(chǔ)上,歸納總結(jié)對(duì)廣州騎樓的保護(hù)更新方法。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of urbanization process, the maintenance and renewal of historical and cultural architecture has become the key project of modern urban planning. The Guangzhou arcade is the most valuable material wealth in Guangzhou and China, which represents the architectural culture of South of the Five Ridges area and has profound historical and cultural connotations. This article is in this paper. On the basis of the theory of loci place, through the investigation and field investigation of Guangzhou's Arcade, this paper discusses the spirit of the Guangzhou riding building from the natural environment, the human environment, the humanistic environment and the special historicity, and through the analysis of the two actual classic cases, the paper summarizes how the Guangzhou arcade can be preserved under the premise of its unique place spirit. This paper is divided into three parts: the first part is the introduction part, which describes the background significance and main research content of this paper, and combines a variety of research and analysis methods to organize the writing structure of the paper. The second part is second, third, four chapters. First, it describes the style, form, and current situation of Guangzhou's arcade. And then from the place, the place structure, the place spirit and the place to fall into several aspects to expound Norberg Schulz's place theory, and discuss the place spirit of the Guangzhou arcade from the natural environment, the human environment, the humanities environment and the special history, and then take the two classic projects as an example to discuss the historical architecture or calendar. The last part is the conclusion of the new situation. On the basis of the first and second parts, the paper summarizes and summarizes the methods for the protection and renewal of Guangzhou's arcade.
