【摘要】：我國近代東北地區(qū)歷史與城市的發(fā)展大多圍繞鐵路的建設而展開,其中,偽滿時期日本建設的鐵路及站房影響著東北地區(qū)城市的建設和發(fā)展。鐵路站房作為城市的地標性建筑,體現(xiàn)出那個年代獨有的設計理念及建造技巧,具有典型的時代特征和獨特價值,是城市文化與歷史的縮影。時至今日,在城市格局更新及鐵道線路升級的大背景下,由于維護意識的缺乏和管理上的疏漏,這些記錄特殊時代背景的歷史建筑,大多已經(jīng)破敗不堪甚至被直接拆除,留存于世的鐵路站房已屈指可數(shù),亟需保護。本文的研究目的是就是通過對偽滿時期東北地區(qū)鐵路站房及其保護研究,展現(xiàn)出建筑的多元化價值,為站房建筑的的保護提供支持和依據(jù)。論文共分為四部分,主要內(nèi)容如下:第一部分闡述了論文課題的由來、論文的研究目的與意義、國內(nèi)外的相關研究現(xiàn)狀以及對課題研究范圍的限定,為后文展開深入研究做出了鋪墊。第二部分對偽滿時期東北地區(qū)鐵路及站房的建設與發(fā)展進行系統(tǒng)梳理,并對站房的建設標準及建造技術(shù)進行分析。第三部分整理歷史資料對偽滿時期鐵路站房的建筑風格進行系統(tǒng)總結(jié),并根據(jù)實地調(diào)研統(tǒng)計站房的分布狀況,總結(jié)各個現(xiàn)存站房的保存狀態(tài)以及存在的問題。最后對站房的保護研究進行深入分析,首先總結(jié)建筑的價值,結(jié)合層次分析法構(gòu)建價值評估體系,對不同等級站房的各個價值進行評估。根據(jù)分析結(jié)果探討可行的保護及再利用策略及方法。希望本文的研究成果可以為東北地區(qū)鐵路建筑的保護及再利用工作做出些許貢獻,并為今后的相關實踐工作起到一定的借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:The history and urban development of Northeast China in modern times mostly revolved around the construction of railways. In the period of pseudo-Manchuria, the railways and stations built in Japan affected the construction and development of cities in Northeast China. Railway station house, as the landmark building of the city, embodies the unique design idea and construction skill of that period, has the typical time characteristic and unique value, and is the epitome of the city culture and history. Today, against the background of the renewal of the urban structure and the upgrading of railway lines, due to the lack of awareness of maintenance and management omissions, most of these historical buildings that record the background of the special era have been broken down or even directly demolished. Few railway stations remain in need of protection. The purpose of this paper is to show the diversified value of architecture through the research of railway station house and its protection in Northeast China during the period of pseudo-Manchu, and to provide support and basis for the protection of station building. The thesis is divided into four parts. The main contents are as follows: the first part expounds the origin of the thesis, the purpose and significance of the research, the current situation of the research at home and abroad, and the limitation of the scope of the research. It lays the groundwork for further research. The second part systematically combs the construction and development of railway and station house in Northeast China during the period of pseudo-Manchuria, and analyzes the construction standard and construction technology of station house. The third part systematically summarizes the architectural style of the railway station house in the period of pseudo-Manchu, and summarizes the existing storage status and existing problems according to the field investigation and statistics of the distribution of the station room. Finally, the research on the protection of the station room in-depth analysis, the first summary of the value of the building, combined with the Analytic hierarchy process to build a value evaluation system, to assess the value of different grades of stations. According to the analysis results, the feasible strategies and methods of protection and reuse are discussed. It is hoped that the research results of this paper can make some contributions to the protection and reuse of railway buildings in Northeast China, and play a certain reference role in the relevant practical work in the future.
