塑料—混凝土地下糧倉中聚丙烯構(gòu)件連接節(jié)點(diǎn)試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:為了促進(jìn)地下糧倉在全國范圍內(nèi)的推廣應(yīng)用,必須解決地下糧倉在防水方面所面臨的問題,然而傳統(tǒng)的地下工程中的防水做法往往不能起到絕對的防水防滲,這就不能達(dá)到糧食儲藏的使用要求,因此急需探索一種適用于地下糧倉中的新的防水材料以及與其對應(yīng)的防水做法,聚丙烯材料憑借著優(yōu)良的物理力學(xué)性能、耐腐蝕和無污染的特性以及工藝簡單、價格低廉的特點(diǎn)已經(jīng)得到了廣泛的應(yīng)用,將其應(yīng)用于地下糧倉中作為防水板可以增強(qiáng)地下倉的防水性能。本文以聚丙烯塑料板作為防水板置于地下糧倉倉壁的內(nèi)側(cè)為基礎(chǔ),以聚丙烯塑料板和混凝土板采用聚丙烯塑料栓釘連接為前提,對聚丙烯塑料板和栓釘如何連接和兩者連接后的節(jié)點(diǎn)強(qiáng)度大小進(jìn)行研究,并且根據(jù)兩者連接后節(jié)點(diǎn)強(qiáng)度的大小以及各連接節(jié)點(diǎn)的特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行分析,得到每種連接方式適用的實(shí)際工程范圍,并探究節(jié)點(diǎn)受力特性,本文研究內(nèi)容如下:(1)收集資料,匯總目前地下倉防水工程做法以及聚丙烯材料工程應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀,確定聚丙烯塑料板作為防水板應(yīng)用于地下糧倉中的可行性;(2)以聚丙烯塑料板與混凝土采用聚丙烯塑料栓釘連接為前提,歸納并設(shè)計(jì)出聚丙烯塑料板和栓釘?shù)倪B接節(jié)點(diǎn)形式;(3)對所歸納和設(shè)計(jì)的聚丙烯塑料板和栓釘?shù)倪B接節(jié)點(diǎn)在受到軸心拉力作用下的強(qiáng)度進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)測定,并對各節(jié)點(diǎn)的強(qiáng)度和特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行對比分析,進(jìn)而為實(shí)際工程中節(jié)點(diǎn)的選取提供參考;(4)對連接節(jié)點(diǎn)試驗(yàn)進(jìn)行綜合分析,探究節(jié)點(diǎn)受力特性。
[Abstract]:In order to promote the popularization and application of underground granary in the whole country, it is necessary to solve the problem of waterproofing in underground granary. However, the waterproofing method in traditional underground engineering often cannot provide absolute waterproof and impermeability. Therefore, it is urgent to explore a new waterproof material suitable for underground granary and its corresponding waterproof practice. Polypropylene material has excellent physical and mechanical properties. The characteristics of corrosion resistance and non-pollution, simple process and low price have been widely used in underground granary, which can be used as waterproof board to enhance the waterproofing performance of underground silo. In this paper, the polypropylene plastic sheet is used as the waterproof board to be placed inside the wall of the underground granary, and the polypropylene plastic bolt is used to connect the polypropylene plastic board and the concrete board. In this paper, the connection of polypropylene plastic sheet and bolt and the joint strength after connection between the two are studied, and the characteristics of each joint are analyzed according to the strength of the joint after the connection. The practical engineering scope of each connection mode is obtained, and the mechanical characteristics of the joints are explored. The contents of this paper are as follows: (1) collecting the data, summarizing the current waterproof engineering practices of underground bunker and the application status of polypropylene material engineering, The feasibility of using polypropylene plastic sheet as waterproof board in underground granary is determined. (2) on the premise that polypropylene plastic board and concrete are connected with polypropylene plastic bolt, Induces and designs the connection joint form of polypropylene plastic sheet and bolt. (3) the strength of the connection joint of polypropylene plastic sheet and pin is tested under the action of axial tension. And the strength and characteristics of each node are compared and analyzed, which provides a reference for the selection of the joint in the actual engineering. (4) the connection joint test is comprehensively analyzed to explore the mechanical characteristics of the joint.
