Y公司金堤安置房項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理與優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:進(jìn)度管理,是項(xiàng)目管理九大研究領(lǐng)域的重要組成部分。進(jìn)度管理的結(jié)果,直接決定了項(xiàng)目的完成時(shí)間,也直接決定了項(xiàng)目的總體完成質(zhì)量。進(jìn)度管理作為項(xiàng)目管理三要素的重要程度不言而喻。企業(yè)的項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理工作,是質(zhì)量、成本、人員等資源約束下的綜合決策,因而借助科學(xué)有效的項(xiàng)目管理工具成為項(xiàng)目管理人員制定進(jìn)度管理與優(yōu)化決策的最明智選擇。工程項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度管理優(yōu)化研究,目的是保證按時(shí)完成工程項(xiàng)目、保障質(zhì)量、降低成本,實(shí)現(xiàn)項(xiàng)目的最優(yōu)化管理。第一章本研究借助于項(xiàng)目管理軟件-Microsoft Project開(kāi)展的金堤安置房建設(shè)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理與優(yōu)化研究,主要研究?jī)?nèi)容如下:文章首先結(jié)合行業(yè)形勢(shì)與企業(yè)實(shí)際開(kāi)展了選題背景描述,接下來(lái)介紹了本文的理論與實(shí)踐意義。在對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行梳理、歸納基礎(chǔ)上,做了詳細(xì)的國(guó)內(nèi)外研究綜述歸納與分類;第二章為理論與方法介紹部分。本章首先對(duì)項(xiàng)目、項(xiàng)目管理、進(jìn)度管理做了概念界定,介紹了工程項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理的影響因素與管理內(nèi)容,并對(duì)進(jìn)度管理的常用軟件進(jìn)行了對(duì)比分析;第三章重點(diǎn)對(duì)金堤項(xiàng)目基本情況、建設(shè)內(nèi)容、組織架構(gòu)與資源配置基礎(chǔ)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)介紹,為下文開(kāi)展進(jìn)度管理提供項(xiàng)目鋪墊;第四章為全文的重點(diǎn)章節(jié)-金堤項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度管理與優(yōu)化研究。本章按照進(jìn)度管理要求與階段劃分,進(jìn)行了細(xì)致的工作結(jié)構(gòu)分解與邏輯關(guān)系確定,依照尋求關(guān)鍵路徑-進(jìn)度優(yōu)化方法選擇-優(yōu)化過(guò)程研究的思路對(duì)金堤項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化研究。本文基于項(xiàng)目管理理論與項(xiàng)目管理軟件Project,運(yùn)用項(xiàng)目管理的工具比如WBS等,開(kāi)展金堤安置房建設(shè)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理與優(yōu)化研究。通過(guò)效益分析的結(jié)果可知,進(jìn)度優(yōu)化工作的實(shí)施,使得本項(xiàng)目比預(yù)定計(jì)劃提前21天完成,比合同約定時(shí)間提前5天完成竣工驗(yàn)收,為Y公司節(jié)省經(jīng)濟(jì)效益近159.2萬(wàn)元,質(zhì)量一次驗(yàn)收率達(dá)到100%,并取得了廣泛積極的社會(huì)反響。本文的研究,為Y公司其他建筑工程項(xiàng)目實(shí)現(xiàn)最大化項(xiàng)目收益、也為同行業(yè)項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度管理與實(shí)施提供了完整的思路借鑒。
[Abstract]:Schedule management is an important part of nine research fields of project management. The result of schedule management directly determines the completion time of the project and the overall quality of the project. Schedule management as the three elements of project management is self-evident. The project schedule management of enterprises is a comprehensive decision under the constraints of quality, cost, personnel and other resources. Therefore, with the aid of scientific and effective project management tools, it becomes the most sensible choice for project managers to formulate schedule management and optimize decisions. The purpose of the research on project schedule management optimization is to ensure the timely completion of the project, guarantee the quality, reduce the cost, and realize the optimal management of the project. In the first chapter, with the aid of project management software-Microsoft Project, this paper studies the progress management and optimization of the Golden Embankment Placement Project. The main research contents are as follows: firstly, the paper describes the background of the selected topic according to the situation of the industry and the actual situation of the enterprise. Then it introduces the theoretical and practical significance of this paper. On the basis of combing and summarizing the literature at home and abroad, the author summarizes and classifies the domestic and foreign research in detail. The second chapter is the introduction of theory and method. This chapter firstly defines the concept of project, project management and schedule management, introduces the influencing factors and management contents of project schedule management, and compares and analyzes the common software of schedule management. The third chapter focuses on the basic situation, construction content, organizational structure and resource allocation basis of the Jindi project, which provides the project foundation for the following progress management; The fourth chapter is the key chapter of the thesis-the progress management and optimization of the Jindi project. According to the requirements of schedule management and the division of stages, this chapter carries out detailed work structure decomposition and logical relationship determination. According to the idea of searching for the method of critical path-schedule optimization selection and optimization process, the paper studies the progress of the Jindiao project. Based on the project management theory and project management software Project, this paper uses the project management tools such as WBS to carry out the project schedule management and optimization research. According to the result of benefit analysis, the implementation of the schedule optimization work makes the project complete 21 days ahead of schedule and 5 days ahead of the contract time, which saves Y company economic benefit of nearly 1.592 million yuan. Quality acceptance rate reached 100, and achieved a wide range of positive social repercussions. The research in this paper provides a reference for other construction projects in Y Company to maximize the project income and for the schedule management and implementation of the same industry projects.
