多軸壓應力下再生混凝土動態(tài)力學性能研究

【摘要】:再生混凝土技術實現了廢棄混凝土的再利用,既節(jié)約了資源又對環(huán)境保護起到了積極的作用。實際的混凝土結構中混凝土大都處于多軸應力狀態(tài),研究混凝土在復雜應力下的力學性能,對于這類結構的合理設計、安全運行和節(jié)省建筑材料有著重大意義;炷两Y構在使用過程中易受到地震、沖擊等動態(tài)荷載作用,對不同應變速率下再生混凝土力學性能的研究,可以為該類結構的抗震設計提供依據;谏鲜龇治,本文主要進行了以下研究:1.進行了 5種再生混凝土在4個應變速率等級下的單軸拉、壓試驗,對再生混凝土在單軸受壓下的試驗現象和破壞形態(tài)、試驗結果及強度規(guī)律進行描述和分析。建立了再生混凝土單軸壓強度與應變速率間的關系式,并根據關系式中參數的規(guī)律對該關系式進行了簡化,簡化后的單軸壓動態(tài)強度關系可以作為不同強度等級下替代率為30%和50%的再生混凝土單軸壓動態(tài)強度計算式。通過對試驗實測數據的分析處理,給出再生混凝土試件單軸壓應力應變曲線。2.進行了 5種再生混凝土在4個應變速率等級下的雙軸壓試驗,對再生混凝土在雙軸受壓下的試驗現象和破壞形態(tài)、試驗結果及強度規(guī)律進行描述和分析,研究不同應變速率、不同應力比對再生混凝土雙軸強度的影響,建立了再生混凝土動態(tài)雙軸壓破壞準則,該破壞準則適用于本次試驗中的5種再生混凝土材料,在給定再生混凝土材料后即可計算任意應力比和任意應變速率下的雙軸壓破壞強度。通過對試驗實測數據的分析處理,給出再生混凝土試件雙軸壓應力應變曲線。3.進行了 5種再生混凝土在4個應變速率等級下的三軸壓試驗,對再生混凝土在三軸受壓下的試驗現象和破壞形態(tài)進行描述,給出再生混凝土三軸受壓試驗結果,研究應變速率、應力比對再生混凝土三軸壓強度的影響。在本人導師以往研究的基礎上,對再生混凝土三軸破壞準則在不同應變速率下的參數進行回歸分析,建立了含有應變速率參數的再生混凝土三軸破壞準則。通過對試驗實測數據的分析處理,給出再生混凝土試件三軸壓應力應變曲線。
[Abstract]:Recycled concrete technology realizes the reuse of waste concrete, which not only saves resources but also plays an active role in environmental protection. In practical concrete structures, the concrete is mostly in the state of multiaxial stress. It is of great significance to study the mechanical properties of concrete under complex stress for the rational design, safe operation and saving of building materials of this kind of structures. Concrete structures are easily subjected to dynamic loads such as earthquake and impact during use. The study on the mechanical properties of recycled concrete under different strain rates can provide a basis for the seismic design of this kind of structures. Based on the above analysis, this paper mainly carries out the following research: 1. The uniaxial tension and compression tests of five kinds of recycled concrete under four strain rate grades were carried out. The experimental phenomena and failure patterns of recycled concrete under uniaxial compression were described and analyzed. The relationship between uniaxial compressive strength and strain rate of recycled concrete is established and simplified according to the law of parameters in the formula. The simplified dynamic strength relationship of uniaxial compression can be used as a formula for calculating the dynamic strength of recycled concrete under uniaxial compression with substitution rates of 30% and 50% under different strength grades. The uniaxial compressive stress-strain curve of recycled concrete specimen is given by analyzing and processing the measured data. The biaxial compression tests of five kinds of recycled concrete under four strain rate grades were carried out. The experimental phenomena and failure patterns of recycled concrete under biaxial compression, the test results and the strength law were described and analyzed, and the different strain rates were studied. The dynamic biaxial compression failure criterion of recycled concrete is established by the influence of different stress ratios on biaxial strength of recycled concrete. The failure criterion is applicable to five kinds of recycled concrete materials in this experiment. The biaxial compressive failure strength under arbitrary stress ratio and strain rate can be calculated when the recycled concrete material is given. The biaxial compressive stress-strain curve of recycled concrete specimen is given by analyzing and processing the measured data. The triaxial compression tests of five kinds of recycled concrete under four strain rate grades were carried out. The experimental phenomena and failure patterns of recycled concrete under triaxial compression were described, and the results of triaxial compression tests of recycled concrete were given. The effect of strain rate and stress ratio on triaxial compressive strength of recycled concrete is studied. On the basis of previous research by my tutor, the parameters of recycled concrete triaxial failure criterion under different strain rates are regressed and the triaxial failure criterion of recycled concrete with strain rate parameters is established. Through the analysis and processing of the measured data, the triaxial compressive stress-strain curves of recycled concrete specimens are given.
