聚乙烯管道材料在寬溫度和寬應(yīng)變率范圍壓縮性能實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:管道用聚乙烯(PE)材料除承受靜荷載外,還會承受動(dòng)態(tài)荷載和不同溫度的作用,因此研究聚乙烯材料在靜、動(dòng)態(tài)荷載及不同溫度下的力學(xué)性能是有必要的。對PE管道材料進(jìn)行不同溫度和不同應(yīng)變率的壓縮實(shí)驗(yàn)研究,獲得PE在-70~120℃和10~(-4)~10~3 s~(-1)范圍內(nèi)應(yīng)力-應(yīng)變曲線,分析應(yīng)變率和溫度對PE屈服應(yīng)力的影響規(guī)律。結(jié)果表明:屈服應(yīng)力隨溫度降低和應(yīng)變率增大而增大;在-70~120℃和低應(yīng)變率條件下,屈服應(yīng)力與溫度關(guān)系可以用帶指數(shù)函數(shù)多項(xiàng)式進(jìn)行描述;在室溫條件和應(yīng)變率為10~(-4)~10~3 s~(-1)范圍內(nèi),屈服應(yīng)力隨應(yīng)變率的關(guān)系較為復(fù)雜。
