【摘要】:隨著社會(huì)的進(jìn)步,經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,人們對(duì)于生活及工作所處的室內(nèi)環(huán)境要求日益提高,隨之而來(lái)的是建筑能耗的持續(xù)走高。進(jìn)入21世紀(jì)以來(lái),伴隨著世界范圍內(nèi)的能源緊張問(wèn)題的日益突出,全世界各國(guó)對(duì)能源的重視及保護(hù)意識(shí)逐漸加強(qiáng),世界范圍內(nèi)都開(kāi)始關(guān)注能源問(wèn)題,而建筑節(jié)能更是成為全球各國(guó)共同關(guān)注的主題。被動(dòng)式建筑起源于德國(guó),其通過(guò)良好的圍護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)熱工性能,極高的建筑氣密性以及各種被動(dòng)式技術(shù)的合理使用可以最大限度降低建筑對(duì)不可再生能源的使用,同時(shí)提供良好的室內(nèi)環(huán)境。近幾年我國(guó)通過(guò)被動(dòng)式建筑的示范工程建設(shè),不斷引導(dǎo)建筑節(jié)能向被動(dòng)式建筑靠攏,希望通過(guò)被動(dòng)式建筑達(dá)到建筑節(jié)能的目的。本文以我國(guó)寒冷地區(qū)首座投入使用的被動(dòng)式辦公建筑示范工程為研究對(duì)象,首先根據(jù)工程實(shí)際情況通過(guò)建筑能耗分析軟件建立能耗分析模型,將其與根據(jù)我國(guó)公共建筑節(jié)能設(shè)計(jì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)所建立的模型進(jìn)行能耗模擬對(duì)比,分析了被動(dòng)式辦公建筑的節(jié)能性。其次,為分析該被動(dòng)式辦公建筑的室內(nèi)環(huán)境質(zhì)量,運(yùn)用現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)測(cè)手段,通過(guò)熱環(huán)境、光環(huán)境、風(fēng)環(huán)境及聲環(huán)境四個(gè)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行了客觀評(píng)價(jià)。最后通過(guò)該被動(dòng)式辦公建筑的建設(shè)增量成本及產(chǎn)生的效益,對(duì)被動(dòng)式辦公建筑的經(jīng)濟(jì)性進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)單分析。
[Abstract]:With the progress of society and the development of economy, the requirement of indoor environment for life and work is increasing day by day, and the energy consumption of buildings continues to rise. Since the beginning of the 21st century, with the increasingly prominent problem of energy tension in the world, the attention and protection consciousness of the countries all over the world has been gradually strengthened, and the energy problem has been paid close attention to all over the world. And building energy-saving has become the common concern of all countries in the world. The passive building originated in Germany can minimize the use of non-renewable energy through good thermal performance of enclosure structure, high building gas tightness and rational use of various passive technologies. At the same time provide good indoor environment. In recent years, through the demonstration project construction of passive building, our country has been guiding building energy saving to passive building, hoping to achieve the purpose of building energy saving through passive building. In this paper, the first passive office building demonstration project in cold region of China is taken as the research object. Firstly, according to the actual situation of the project, the energy consumption analysis model is established by building energy consumption analysis software. Compared with the model established according to the standard of energy saving design of public buildings in China, the energy efficiency of passive office buildings is analyzed. Secondly, in order to analyze the indoor environmental quality of the passive office building, the objective evaluation is carried out through four indexes: thermal environment, light environment, wind environment and sound environment. Finally, through the incremental cost and benefit of the passive office building, the economy of the passive office building is simply analyzed.
