新型相變儲能床的設計及性能分析

【摘要】:本文針對傳統(tǒng)火炕煙氣污染環(huán)境、炕面溫差大和炕面溫度不均等弊端設計了一種新型相變儲能床。通過搭建實驗臺,測試數(shù)據(jù),對相變床的環(huán)保性、安全性和熱工性能進行了分析研究,并和傳統(tǒng)火炕進行對比。根據(jù)一天當中床面溫度的不同,試驗中把床面溫度變化分為升溫、第一次熱穩(wěn)定、降溫和第二次熱穩(wěn)定4個階段進行研究。研究參數(shù)包括:各階段床面平均溫度、平均升溫速度、平均降溫速度和溫度不均度等。結果表明:相變儲能床各階段平均溫度為35.19℃、37.37℃、32.31℃、28.08℃,均滿足人體舒適性要求。平均升溫速度為3.36℃/h,平均降溫速度為0.55℃/h,相比于傳統(tǒng)火炕加快了升溫,減緩了降溫,保溫效果顯著。相變床各個階段的溫度不均度最大為0.83℃,有效改善了火炕溫度不均的問題。
[Abstract]:In this paper, a new type of phase-change energy storage bed is designed in view of the traditional smoke pollution environment, large temperature difference on the Kang surface and uneven temperature on the Kang surface. The environmental protection, safety and thermal properties of the phase-change bed were analyzed and studied by setting up the test bench and testing data, and compared with the traditional Kang. According to the difference of bed surface temperature in one day, the change of bed surface temperature was divided into four stages: the first time, the second stage. The research parameters include the average bed surface temperature, the average heating rate, the average cooling rate and the temperature unevenness of each stage.
