【摘要】：針對新型城鎮(zhèn)化背景下的城郊村莊向城市社區(qū)轉(zhuǎn)化的過程,從當(dāng)前的美麗鄉(xiāng)村建設(shè)對自然空間的綠線控制到未來城鎮(zhèn)化后城市綠地空間的繼承轉(zhuǎn)變,提出了一系列動態(tài)、彈性而又理性的規(guī)劃控制策略。并創(chuàng)造性地提出自洽率指標(biāo),用于檢驗規(guī)劃設(shè)計方案對開發(fā)地塊原有自然空間的保護與延續(xù)程度,對方案評價和綠線劃定具有指導(dǎo)意義,是城市低碳生態(tài)化建設(shè)和土地可持續(xù)發(fā)展的有力保障,具有推廣應(yīng)用價值。
[Abstract]:In view of the process of transformation from suburban villages to urban communities under the background of new urbanization, this paper puts forward a series of dynamics, from the control of natural space by the current construction of beautiful villages to the inheritance and transformation of urban green space after urbanization in the future. Flexible and rational planning control strategy. And creatively put forward the index of self-consistent rate, which can be used to test the degree of protection and continuation of the original natural space of the development plot, and has guiding significance to the evaluation of the plan and the delineation of the green line. It is a powerful guarantee for urban low carbon ecological construction and land sustainable development, and has the value of popularization and application.
