城市地下管線普查中的探測(cè)方法與實(shí)踐

【摘要】:地下管線是智慧城市建設(shè)中重要的基礎(chǔ)地理信息之一,是進(jìn)行城市規(guī)劃建設(shè)工作的基礎(chǔ),是城市管理工作的數(shù)據(jù)源,是實(shí)現(xiàn)城市可持續(xù)發(fā)展的最基礎(chǔ)的地理信息數(shù)據(jù);它擔(dān)負(fù)著城市的信息傳遞、能源輸送、排澇防洪、廢物排棄等功能。本文結(jié)合作者從事地下管線探測(cè)以來所參與和主持的相關(guān)地下管線探測(cè)項(xiàng)目的實(shí)踐,研究在城市地下管線普查工作中的各類地下管線的探測(cè)方法,結(jié)合普查中的工程實(shí)例,總結(jié)出一套提高管線探測(cè)工程效率的流程和提高管線探測(cè)精度和準(zhǔn)確度的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。為同類工程的順利實(shí)施提供借鑒和參考,避免由于探測(cè)方法和經(jīng)驗(yàn)的不足給工程建設(shè)帶來?yè)p失和城市居民的生活帶來不便。本文主要內(nèi)容和研究成果如下:1、簡(jiǎn)述北京市開展地下管線普查的歷史和現(xiàn)狀,明確本文的選題意義和研究?jī)?nèi)容,并對(duì)北京這種特大型城市開展管線普查工作的必要性和重要性進(jìn)行闡述。2、介紹管線普查探測(cè)工程的流程和方法,對(duì)其需要執(zhí)行的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和要求進(jìn)行說明;并對(duì)北京市開展管線普查探測(cè)工程不同于其他城市的要求和內(nèi)容做一簡(jiǎn)單描述。結(jié)合北京市昌平區(qū)開展管線基礎(chǔ)信息普查的工程實(shí)例,對(duì)各類地下管線的探測(cè)方法進(jìn)行研究,總結(jié)出適合不同類型地下管線的探測(cè)方法,提高管線探測(cè)的精度和可靠性。3、對(duì)北京市管線普查成果的應(yīng)用和需求進(jìn)行分析,對(duì)可能存在的特殊需求進(jìn)行前瞻性的研究和探討。對(duì)北京市已完成的普查成果數(shù)據(jù)的內(nèi)容和質(zhì)量進(jìn)行分析和研究,對(duì)可能由于探測(cè)方法和技術(shù)的原因給數(shù)據(jù)在使用過程中帶來的隱患進(jìn)行排查,提出對(duì)應(yīng)的解決方案。4、總結(jié)出一套適合特大城市開展地下管線普查工作的技術(shù)方法和工藝流程,提高管線探測(cè)工程的質(zhì)量和效率,為其他城市開展好地下管線普查工作提供指導(dǎo)和參考。
[Abstract]:Underground pipeline is one of the most important basic geographic information in the construction of intelligent city, the basis of urban planning and construction, the data source of urban management, and the most basic geographic information data to realize the sustainable development of the city. It is responsible for urban information transmission, energy transmission, flood control, waste disposal and other functions. Combined with the practice of the relevant underground pipeline exploration projects which the author has participated in and presided over since the author engaged in the underground pipeline exploration, this paper studies the detection methods of all kinds of underground pipelines in the general survey of urban underground pipelines, and combines with the engineering examples in the general survey. A set of experiences of improving the efficiency of pipeline detection engineering and improving the accuracy and accuracy of pipeline detection are summarized. It can provide reference and reference for the smooth implementation of similar projects and avoid the loss of engineering construction and the inconvenience of urban residents because of the lack of detection methods and experience. The main contents and research results of this paper are as follows: 1. The history and current situation of the underground pipeline survey in Beijing are briefly described, and the significance and research content of this paper are clarified. It also expounds the necessity and importance of pipeline survey in Beijing, introduces the flow and method of pipeline survey and exploration project, and explains the standards and requirements to be carried out. A brief description of the requirements and contents of the pipeline survey and exploration project in Beijing is also given. Combined with the engineering example of developing pipeline foundation information survey in Changping District of Beijing, the detection methods of various underground pipelines are studied, and the detection methods suitable for different types of underground pipelines are summarized. To improve the accuracy and reliability of pipeline detection, to analyze the application and demand of Beijing pipeline survey results, and to carry out prospective research and discussion on the special needs that may exist. To analyze and study the content and quality of the data of the census results that have been completed in Beijing, and to investigate the hidden dangers brought about in the process of using the data possibly because of the methods and techniques of detection. The corresponding solution. 4 is put forward, and a set of technical methods and technological processes suitable for the underground pipeline survey in mega-cities are summarized to improve the quality and efficiency of the pipeline detection project. It provides guidance and reference for other cities to carry out underground pipeline survey.
