APP硅化泡桐木的制備及其燃燒特性研究

【摘要】:將聚磷酸銨(APP)的高效阻燃特性與硅凝膠的吸附和催化轉(zhuǎn)化特性有效結(jié)合,有可能實(shí)現(xiàn)木材在火災(zāi)條件下的不燃燒、不冒煙.通過真空-加壓浸注和真空干燥法制備的APP硅化泡桐木載藥率達(dá)到20.2%(質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)),在錐形量熱試驗(yàn)過程中沒有點(diǎn)燃,760℃灼燒下不燃燒,總熱釋放量稍高于APP阻燃泡桐木,總煙釋放量和CO產(chǎn)量遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)低于未處理泡桐木和APP阻燃泡桐木.結(jié)果表明:APP硅化泡桐木中原位生成的APP-硅凝膠體系不僅對(duì)木材具有很好的阻燃作用,而且對(duì)火災(zāi)煙霧毒氣具有極好的轉(zhuǎn)化和抑制作用.
[Abstract]:It is possible to combine the highly effective flame retardant properties of ammonium polyphosphate (app) with the adsorption and catalytic conversion of silica gel to achieve non-burning and smoke free of wood under fire conditions. The drug loading rate of app silicified Paulownia wood prepared by vacuum pressure impregnation and vacuum drying was 20.2% (mass fraction).
