【摘要】：隨著城市居民旅游需求的增加和多元化的發(fā)展,旅游的形式和內(nèi)容都不在單一,鄉(xiāng)村成了最為令人向往和回歸的旅游體驗(yàn)地,鄉(xiāng)村旅游業(yè)也逐漸由這種旅游需求營運(yùn)而生。在鄉(xiāng)村旅游的帶動下,鄉(xiāng)村民宿也應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。民宿成為了很多都市人休閑度假的目的地。對比國外和臺灣地區(qū)的情況,民宿的發(fā)展在法規(guī)制度和理論研究方面都較為充分。而在國內(nèi),在鄉(xiāng)村旅游大發(fā)展期間,產(chǎn)生了一批由民宅更新而形成的民宿,而相關(guān)理論研究卻相對缺失。本文以此為背景,以研究生期間的實(shí)際項目入手,針對鄉(xiāng)村旅游開發(fā)初期的交通、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施和民宿游客吸引力等若干問題,進(jìn)行相關(guān)的理論研究,歸納整理了民宿類型,分析了民宿更新影響因素等問題。以設(shè)計者的角度,通過規(guī)劃引導(dǎo)的方式介入到民宿改造中。并在實(shí)踐中,結(jié)合理論研究、現(xiàn)有鄉(xiāng)村條件和自然環(huán)境的優(yōu)勢對當(dāng)?shù)剜l(xiāng)村民宿的建筑、院落改造進(jìn)行策略性的引導(dǎo)并以改造實(shí)例作為具體說明。文章分為四部分:第一部分(第1—2章),對本研究的研究背景相關(guān)概念進(jìn)行了說明。探討了國內(nèi)外鄉(xiāng)村旅游和起源發(fā)展,根據(jù)不同角度,將民宿進(jìn)行了類型劃分。第二部分(第3章),以對比分析的方式,按照民宿的總體定位、資源環(huán)境、使用者訴求等方面,總結(jié)歸納鄉(xiāng)村旅游背景下民宿宅院更新的影響因素;第三部分(第4-6章),第4章在對民宿更新設(shè)計影響因素分析的理論研究基礎(chǔ)上,對漢中市陽春鎮(zhèn)鄉(xiāng)村旅游的基礎(chǔ)條件做分析歸納,包括地形地貌、典型鄉(xiāng)村聚落形態(tài)、民宅形態(tài)、院落形態(tài)、旅游規(guī)劃條件、游客旅游需求等。第5章在根據(jù)陽春鎮(zhèn)陳村旅游環(huán)線的具體情況提出民宿更新設(shè)計的相關(guān)策略。第6章以陽春鎮(zhèn)陳村旅游環(huán)線中的兩戶農(nóng)宅做具體的改造設(shè)計,將理論研究與實(shí)際項目相結(jié)合,形成一條完整的從研究到實(shí)踐的過程。第四部分(第7章),總結(jié)提出影響民宿更新的因素以及民宿宅院的提升策略。同時總結(jié)研究和實(shí)踐中的不足。
[Abstract]:With the increase of urban residents' tourism demand and the development of diversification, the form and content of tourism are not single, the country has become the most yearning and return of tourism experience, rural tourism is gradually from the operation of this kind of tourism demand. Under the impetus of rural tourism, rural lodging also came into being. Residential accommodation has become the destination of many urban leisure vacations. Compared with the situation in Taiwan and abroad, the development of residential housing is more adequate in the legal system and theoretical research. In China, during the great development of rural tourism, a number of residential houses were formed by the renewal of residential buildings, but the relevant theoretical research is relatively lacking. Based on this background, this paper starts with the actual projects during the post-graduate period, aiming at some problems such as transportation, infrastructure and tourist attraction in the early stage of rural tourism development, carries on relevant theoretical research, summarizes and arranges the types of lodging. The factors influencing the renewal of residential accommodation are analyzed. From the designer's point of view, through planning to guide the way to intervene in the transformation of housing. And in practice, combined with theoretical research, the advantages of the existing rural conditions and natural environment to the local rural residential buildings, courtyard reconstruction strategic guidance and transformation examples as a concrete explanation. The article is divided into four parts: the first part (Chapter 1-2), the research background of this study related concepts are explained. This paper discusses the origin and development of rural tourism at home and abroad. The second part (Chapter 3), by the way of comparative analysis, according to the overall positioning of residential accommodation, resources and environment, user demands and other aspects, summed up the rural tourism background of residential house renewal factors; The third part (Chapter 4-6), Chapter 4, on the basis of the theoretical analysis of the influencing factors of residential renewal design, analyzes and sums up the basic conditions of rural tourism in Yangchun Town, Hanzhong City, including topography and landform, typical rural settlement form. Residential building form, courtyard form, tourism planning conditions, tourist demand and so on. Chapter 5, according to the specific situation of Chencun Tour Ring Line in Yangchun Town, puts forward the relevant strategies of residential renewal design. In chapter 6, two rural houses in Chencun Tourism Ring Line of Yangchun Town are designed to make a concrete reconstruction design, which combines theoretical research with practical projects to form a complete process from research to practice. The fourth part (Chapter 7) summarizes the factors that affect the renewal of residential accommodation and the promotion strategy. At the same time summarizes the research and the practice in the insufficiency.
