碳纖維瀝青混凝土導電特性研究

【摘要】:研究碳纖維含量對瀝青混凝土導電特性和升溫性能的影響,通過碳纖維導電瀝青混凝土電阻率變化可知,最佳碳纖維體積含量為0.4%~0.6%;高溫環(huán)境較低溫環(huán)境升溫效果明顯,高功率較低功率升溫效果明顯;滿足融雪化冰和成本要求的功率為500~900 W/m~2;低溫環(huán)境升溫過程中,導電瀝青混凝土電阻隨溫度升高逐漸增大,升至0℃左右時,電阻達到極大值,之后電阻隨溫度升高減小。
[Abstract]:The effect of carbon fiber content on the electrical conductivity and heating performance of asphalt concrete is studied. Through the change of electrical resistivity of carbon fiber conductive asphalt concrete, the optimum volume content of carbon fiber is 0.40.6.The effect of heating in high temperature environment is obvious than that in low temperature environment. The effect of high power and low power heating is obvious, the power to meet the requirements of snow melting and ice melting and cost is 500 ~ 900 W / m ~ 2.
