【摘要】：為了研究酸腐蝕作用對(duì)樁-土接觸面剪切特性的影響,利用大型多功能界面剪切儀,進(jìn)行了砂土與被硫酸加速腐蝕0、31、93、154 d的混凝土板之間接觸面剪切試驗(yàn),量測(cè)了不同腐蝕時(shí)間的混凝土與砂土接觸面的剪切應(yīng)力和剪切位移關(guān)系。研究結(jié)果表明:砂土與硫酸腐蝕混凝土接觸面剪切應(yīng)力與剪切位移符合雙曲線模型,接觸面剪切破壞符合摩爾-庫(kù)侖準(zhǔn)則。隨著腐蝕時(shí)間的增加,接觸面黏聚力減小,摩擦角、剪切強(qiáng)度以及達(dá)到峰值剪切應(yīng)力所需的剪切位移增大,接觸面的破壞趨向于土體自身剪切破壞。取未腐蝕混凝土與砂土接觸面達(dá)到峰值剪應(yīng)力時(shí)的剪切位移為基準(zhǔn),對(duì)該位移對(duì)應(yīng)的不同腐蝕時(shí)間下混凝土與砂土接觸面的剪切應(yīng)力進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)腐蝕5個(gè)月后的剪切應(yīng)力要小于未腐蝕時(shí)的剪切應(yīng)力。按雙曲線模型對(duì)試驗(yàn)測(cè)得的接觸面剪切應(yīng)力和剪切位移關(guān)系進(jìn)行了擬合,獲得了該模型中的參數(shù),為進(jìn)一步進(jìn)行數(shù)值模擬提供參考。
[Abstract]:In order to study the effect of acid corrosion on the shear characteristics of pile-soil interface, a shear test was carried out between sand and concrete slabs with accelerated corrosion of sulfuric acid for 0 ~ 31 ~ 3154 d by using a large multifunctional interface shear meter. The relationship between shear stress and shear displacement of the interface between concrete and sand with different corrosion time was measured. The results show that the shear stress and shear displacement of the interface between sand and sulphuric acid corrosion concrete are in accordance with the hyperbolic model, and the shear failure of the contact surface conforms to the Mohr Coulomb criterion. With the increase of corrosion time, the cohesive force of the contact surface decreases, the friction angle, shear strength and the shear displacement required to reach the peak shear stress increase, and the failure of the contact surface tends to the shear failure of the soil itself. Taking the shear displacement of the interface between uncorroded concrete and sand as the benchmark, the shear stress of the interface between concrete and sand under different corrosion time corresponding to the displacement is compared and analyzed. It is found that the shear stress after 5 months corrosion is smaller than that without corrosion. According to the hyperbolic model, the shear stress and shear displacement of the contact surface measured in the experiment are fitted, and the parameters of the model are obtained, which provides a reference for further numerical simulation.
