新型溴代苯酚類消毒副產(chǎn)物的氯化降解機(jī)制

【摘要】:最近,13種新型極性鹵代苯酚類消毒副產(chǎn)物在氯化消毒后的飲用水中被發(fā)現(xiàn),它們按結(jié)構(gòu)被分成4組,分別是二鹵-4-羥基苯甲醛、二鹵-4-羥基苯甲酸、二鹵水楊酸和三鹵苯酚.為研究它們?cè)诼然具^(guò)程中的降解機(jī)制,選取了其中的4種全溴代種類,即3,5-二溴-4-羥基苯甲醛、3,5-二溴-4-羥基苯甲酸、3,5-二溴水楊酸以及2,4,6-三溴苯酚,利用UPLC/ESI-tq MS中的前體離子掃描,多反應(yīng)監(jiān)測(cè)和子離子掃描,鑒定了這幾種消毒副產(chǎn)物在氯化消毒過(guò)程中的中間產(chǎn)物以及終產(chǎn)物,并根據(jù)這些中間產(chǎn)物和終產(chǎn)物與消毒時(shí)間的關(guān)系推測(cè)了其降解路徑.結(jié)果表明,除了3,5-二溴水楊酸相對(duì)較穩(wěn)定外,其余3種消毒副產(chǎn)物在氯化消毒過(guò)程中不穩(wěn)定,通過(guò)取代、水解以及氧化等過(guò)程最終降解為鹵乙酸等脂肪族小分子消毒副產(chǎn)物.在降解過(guò)程中有許多中間產(chǎn)物被檢測(cè)并鑒定出來(lái),其中包含一組具有五元環(huán)結(jié)構(gòu)的新型消毒副產(chǎn)物(三鹵代-羥基環(huán)戊烯二酮).
[Abstract]:Recently, 13 new halogenated phenol by-products were found in chlorinated drinking water. They were divided into 4 groups according to their structure: dihalogen-4-hydroxybenzaldehyde, dihalogen-4-hydroxybenzoic acid, dihalosalicylic acid and trihalophenol. In order to study their degradation mechanism in chlorination disinfection, four kinds of total brominated species were selected, that is, 3o 5- dibromo-4hydroxybenzaldehyde, 3o 5- dibromo-4- hydroxy benzoic acid, 3o-5- dibromo-salicylic acid and 2chl4 dibromo-6- tribromophenol, respectively. Using precursor ion scanning, multi-reaction monitoring and sub-ion scanning in UPLC / ESI-tq MS, the intermediate and final products of these disinfection by-products during chlorination were identified. According to the relationship between these intermediates and final products and disinfection time, the degradation pathway was deduced. The results showed that the other three disinfection by-products were unstable in the chlorination process except for the relative stability of 3-bromo-5-dibromo-salicylic acid. The disinfection by-products of aliphatic groups such as haloacetic acid and other small aliphatic molecules were degraded by substitution hydrolysis and oxidation. A number of intermediate products were detected and identified during the degradation process, including a group of new disinfection by-products (trihalo-hydroxy cyclopentenedione) with a five-member ring structure.
