【摘要】：隨著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,青年群體越發(fā)成為城市建設(shè)的主力軍,貢獻(xiàn)著自己的力量。如何妥善面對(duì)青年群體的發(fā)展越發(fā)成為社會(huì)的焦點(diǎn)問(wèn)題。正所謂長(zhǎng)安居大不易,作為接受了新式教育和網(wǎng)絡(luò)沖擊的青年群體,在城市中工作面臨的首要困境便是居住問(wèn)題。另一方面,青年群體對(duì)于居住環(huán)境的要求與其他群體所需求的傳統(tǒng)居住環(huán)境有所差異。相比來(lái)說(shuō),青年人更加在意居住環(huán)境的舒適性、社交氛圍以及性?xún)r(jià)比。而在環(huán)境與性?xún)r(jià)相沖突時(shí),青年群體往往選擇前者,可見(jiàn)性?xún)r(jià)比在青年人選擇居住環(huán)境時(shí)排在最后一位。而長(zhǎng)租型青年公寓就是在這樣的大環(huán)境下得以長(zhǎng)足的發(fā)展,隨著社會(huì)的發(fā)展,其根據(jù)不同年齡,不同階層的人群需求的不同也劃分出了不同的經(jīng)營(yíng)模式。作為青年公寓中的長(zhǎng)租型青年公寓,它有效的把居住空間與品質(zhì)生活結(jié)合在一起,不僅在居住環(huán)境上滿(mǎn)足了青年人的要求,而且在利用室內(nèi)公共空間的規(guī)劃上,解決了青年群體對(duì)于居住環(huán)境的各種需求,甚至更是為其提供了一站式的服務(wù)。長(zhǎng)租型青年公寓的公共空間作為青年群體娛樂(lè)、休閑、社交等活動(dòng)的載體空間,在設(shè)計(jì)中必然越發(fā)凸顯出其重要性,在今后長(zhǎng)租型青年公寓室內(nèi)環(huán)境的整體設(shè)計(jì)上必然占據(jù)重要的位置。文章采用了調(diào)查問(wèn)卷及實(shí)地考察的方法,通過(guò)分析泊寓長(zhǎng)租型青年公寓室內(nèi)公共空間的現(xiàn)狀,并結(jié)合其不足與特點(diǎn),利用實(shí)踐與理論研究相結(jié)合的方法,對(duì)長(zhǎng)租型青年公寓室內(nèi)公共空間的設(shè)計(jì)要素進(jìn)行了印證,從而揭示出室內(nèi)公共空間環(huán)境設(shè)計(jì)的共性,并由此確定了本文的研究目標(biāo)。即依據(jù)多學(xué)科的交叉研究,以人體工程學(xué)、美學(xué)、心理學(xué)等理論結(jié)合青年群體所具有的特性與共性,探索出室內(nèi)公共空間設(shè)計(jì)中的普遍性,為今后長(zhǎng)租型青年公寓室內(nèi)公共空間的設(shè)計(jì)提供了一定的理論依據(jù)與研究?jī)r(jià)值。
[Abstract]:With the development of social economy, youth group has become the main force of urban construction, contributing their own strength. How to properly face the development of youth groups has become the focus of the society. As a group of young people who have received new education and network shock, the most difficult position to work in cities is the housing problem. On the other hand, the demands of the youth group on the living environment are different from the traditional living environment of other groups. In contrast, young people care more about the comfort, social atmosphere and value for money of their living environment. When the environment is in conflict with the sex price, the youth group often choose the former, so the ratio of performance to price is the last one when the young people choose the living environment. With the development of the society, the long-rented youth apartment is divided into different business models according to the different needs of different ages and different strata. As the long-term rental youth apartment in the youth apartment, it effectively combines the living space with the quality of life, not only in the living environment to meet the requirements of young people, but also in the use of indoor public space planning, To solve the needs of youth groups for the living environment, and even to provide a one-stop service for them. As the carrier space of youth group entertainment, leisure and social activities, the public space of long-rented youth apartment is more and more important in the design. In the future long-term youth apartment indoor environment of the overall design is bound to occupy an important position. This article adopts the method of questionnaire and field investigation, through analyzing the present situation of the indoor public space of the long rented youth apartment, combining its deficiency and characteristic, using the method of combining the practice with the theory research. This paper verifies the design elements of the indoor public space of the long-rented youth apartment, thus reveals the commonness of the indoor public space environment design, and determines the research goal of this paper. That is, according to the interdisciplinary research, combining the ergonomics, aesthetics, psychology and other theories with the characteristics and commonalities of youth groups, the universality of indoor public space design is explored. It provides a certain theoretical basis and research value for the design of indoor public space of long-term rented youth apartment in the future.
