火災(zāi)環(huán)境下鋼結(jié)構(gòu)響應(yīng)行為的FDS-ABAQUS熱力耦合方法研究

【摘要】:火災(zāi)環(huán)境下鋼結(jié)構(gòu)熱力耦合分析普遍采用ISO834標(biāo)準(zhǔn)升溫曲線(或火災(zāi)升溫經(jīng)驗(yàn)公式)描述結(jié)構(gòu)的升溫過程,然而這種方法并不能準(zhǔn)確描述真實(shí)火災(zāi)環(huán)境下結(jié)構(gòu)的升溫過程。為了分析鋼結(jié)構(gòu)在真實(shí)火災(zāi)溫度場下的熱響應(yīng)行為,該文以整體結(jié)構(gòu)作為研究對象,提出了基于FDS和ABAQUS的火-熱-結(jié)構(gòu)耦合分析方法。該方法通過創(chuàng)建FDS-ABAQUS耦合接口,將FDS模擬得到的火災(zāi)動態(tài)溫度場數(shù)據(jù)傳輸?shù)接邢拊浖嗀BAQUS中,使用ABAQUS對整體結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行熱力耦合計算,得到整體結(jié)構(gòu)在特定火災(zāi)場景下的力學(xué)響應(yīng)特性。案例分析表明,該文創(chuàng)建的耦合方法可將FDS模擬得到的溫度場數(shù)據(jù)傳輸?shù)紸BAQUS模型,分析結(jié)果顯示傳輸溫度場數(shù)據(jù)最大誤差為2.18%;模擬整體結(jié)構(gòu)熱響應(yīng)行為時考慮不均勻熱膨脹引起的內(nèi)力,模擬結(jié)果更接近真實(shí)火災(zāi)場景下的力學(xué)響應(yīng)。
[Abstract]:ISO834 standard heating curve (or empirical formula of fire heating) is widely used to describe the heating process of steel structure in fire environment. However, this method can not accurately describe the heating process of structure in real fire environment. In order to analyze the thermal response behavior of steel structures under the real fire temperature field, a fire thermal-structure coupling analysis method based on FDS and Abaqus is proposed in this paper. By creating the FDS-Abaqus coupling interface, the FDS simulation data of the fire dynamic temperature field is transferred to the finite element software Abaqus, and the thermo-mechanical coupling calculation of the whole structure is carried out by Abaqus. The mechanical response of the whole structure in a specific fire scene is obtained. The case study shows that the coupling method proposed in this paper can transfer the temperature field data from FDS simulation to Abaqus model. The results show that the maximum error of transmitting temperature field data is 2.18, and the internal force caused by inhomogeneous thermal expansion is taken into account in simulating the thermal response behavior of the whole structure, and the simulation results are closer to the mechanical response of the real fire scene.
