【摘要】：舊建筑改造一直是建筑界的熱門話題,近年來,隨著我國社會主義現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)步伐的逐漸加快,城市用地緊張和建筑功能老化使得越來越多的舊建筑被拆除重建。在這些舊建筑中,有的是存在于先前時間段,是中國歷史上某一時期、某一地點建筑樣式的反映;有的則建成于近現(xiàn)代,是國家新時期建設(shè)的集中反映。這些建筑都蘊涵著特定的城市文化,在一定程度上還沒有達到必須拆除不可的地步,有很多建筑在經(jīng)過修補之后仍然可以延續(xù)著使用壽命。因此對于這些建筑進行改造,既能夠節(jié)約資源,也能夠使我們銘記城市的歷史,探索文化的源頭。本文從舊建筑改造的相關(guān)理論出發(fā),探究舊建筑改造中地域適宜性原則的應(yīng)用。從自然風土環(huán)境和人文歷史情懷這兩個大方向來探究地域適宜性原則,結(jié)合案例進行具體分析,為了使改造后的建筑不是“千篇一律”,而是符合當?shù)丨h(huán)境、體現(xiàn)當?shù)匚幕Ｄ壳拔覈呐f建筑地域適宜性改造策略還有許多需要完善的地方,在很多問題上也還沒有很好的解決,從國內(nèi)這些舊建筑改造實例出發(fā),研究地域適宜性改造在其中的應(yīng)用狀態(tài)和實際效果,使舊建筑能夠更好的服務(wù)于城市。本文通過對這些問題的研究,能夠很好的指導(dǎo)我們在沈陽的建筑改造過程中應(yīng)用地域適宜性原則。沈陽有著悠久的歷史和燦爛的文化,新中國成立以來更是作為“共和國的長子”,有著別樣的建筑特色。近年來,隨著社會發(fā)展步伐的加快,這些充滿歷史和文化意義的舊建筑也面臨著重建還是改造的問題,在這樣的背景下,本文研究的地域適宜性改造策略能夠應(yīng)用于未來沈陽的舊建筑改造中去,也能夠為本文增加更多的現(xiàn)實意義了。
[Abstract]:The reconstruction of old buildings has always been a hot topic in the field of architecture. In recent years, with the gradual acceleration of the pace of socialist modernization in China, more and more old buildings have been demolished and rebuilt due to the shortage of urban land and the aging of building functions. Among these old buildings, some exist in the previous period, which is the reflection of the architectural style of a certain period and a certain place in the history of China; some are built in the modern times and are the concentrated reflection of the construction of the country in the new period. These buildings contain specific urban culture, to a certain extent have not reached the point that must be demolished, there are many buildings after repair can still extend the service life. Therefore, the renovation of these buildings can not only save resources, but also enable us to remember the history of the city, explore the source of culture. This paper probes into the application of the principle of geographical suitability in the old building reconstruction based on the relevant theories of the old building reconstruction. This paper probes into the principle of regional suitability from the two major directions of natural environment and humanistic historical feelings, and makes a concrete analysis in combination with cases, in order to make the reconstructed buildings not "uniform", but in line with the local environment and reflect the local culture. At present, there are still many areas that need to be perfected for the adaptation strategy of the old buildings in our country, and there are still many problems that have not been solved very well. Starting from the examples of these old buildings in China, This paper studies the application state and actual effect of the regional suitability transformation in order to make the old buildings serve the city better. Through the study of these problems, this paper can guide us to apply the principle of geographical suitability in the process of building reconstruction in Shenyang. Shenyang has a long history and splendid culture. In recent years, with the quickening pace of social development, these old buildings with historical and cultural significance are also faced with the question of whether to rebuild or rebuild. The regional suitability transformation strategy studied in this paper can be applied to the future reconstruction of old buildings in Shenyang, and it can also add more practical significance to this paper.
