雨水收集利用在城市景觀設(shè)計(jì)中的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:隨著我國工農(nóng)業(yè)快速發(fā)展,城鎮(zhèn)化速度加快以及城市人口不斷增加等諸多因素,導(dǎo)致我國城市的水資源問題頻繁發(fā)生。一方面城市水資源缺乏,地下河水位不斷下降,可利用水資源循環(huán)補(bǔ)充能力不足,另一方面快速大量的雨水徑流所導(dǎo)致的城市內(nèi)澇,非點(diǎn)源污染等問題也在不斷升級(jí)。針對(duì)這些問題,相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的主管部門和從業(yè)人員相繼展開對(duì)“生態(tài)文明”、“海綿城市”、“彈性城市”等理論的探索與實(shí)踐。目前我國已經(jīng)相繼建成一批雨水收集利用工程,同時(shí)于2014年底由住房和城鄉(xiāng)建設(shè)部出臺(tái)《海綿城市建設(shè)技術(shù)指南——低影響開發(fā)雨水系統(tǒng)構(gòu)建(試行)》,取得了明顯的成效。我國在基礎(chǔ)工程技術(shù)方面已經(jīng)基本成熟,但作為城市居民經(jīng)常參與、接觸的設(shè)施,不能僅從其功能角度出發(fā),要考慮其景觀性,使其更好的融入到城市環(huán)境、融入到居民的日常生活中來,這樣才能從物質(zhì)與精神兩個(gè)層面實(shí)現(xiàn)整個(gè)城市生活質(zhì)量的提高;诖吮尘氨疚氖紫纫运Y源對(duì)城市發(fā)展的重要意義和城市建設(shè)中出現(xiàn)的問題作為研究背景,點(diǎn)明本文的寫作目的與意義。針對(duì)國內(nèi)外的雨水利用發(fā)展情況進(jìn)行歸納梳理,了解國外的發(fā)展進(jìn)程和成果,把握我國設(shè)計(jì)建設(shè)中的不足,確定與環(huán)境協(xié)調(diào)融合景觀化的發(fā)展方向。然后具體闡述雨水收集利用的定義,了解其發(fā)展的過程,宏觀把握由需求變化引起的設(shè)計(jì)發(fā)展的變革歷程。結(jié)合海綿城市、綠色基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施、彈性城市等宏觀理論為下一步的雨水收集利用景觀設(shè)計(jì)提供底層理論架構(gòu)。分析雨水收集利用景觀的多方面效益。在此理論基礎(chǔ)上開始進(jìn)行相對(duì)細(xì)化的雨水收集利用景觀設(shè)計(jì)分析說明。以設(shè)計(jì)前期需要把握的設(shè)計(jì)原則、影響因素、景觀特點(diǎn)為切入點(diǎn),點(diǎn)明思想層面需要注意的景觀設(shè)計(jì)事項(xiàng)。文章重點(diǎn)在對(duì)雨水收集利用景觀系統(tǒng)的空間區(qū)分設(shè)計(jì)上,從城市道路空間、城市公園空間、城市居住空間、城市商業(yè)空間四個(gè)方面,選取其中具有突出空間特色的雨水收集利用設(shè)施結(jié)合景觀化手法進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)分析。通過國內(nèi)外相關(guān)空間的優(yōu)秀案例加以說明設(shè)計(jì)的具體過程體現(xiàn),加強(qiáng)對(duì)理論層次實(shí)踐說明。最后結(jié)合論文的研究成果,總結(jié)得出今后城市雨水收集利用景觀應(yīng)該是整體主系統(tǒng)下的各種空間多層級(jí)子系統(tǒng)的協(xié)調(diào)配合,在功能基礎(chǔ)上更關(guān)注與城市、居民的融合、協(xié)調(diào),提升景觀效果,提升居民的生活品質(zhì),形成符合現(xiàn)代城市需要的雨水景觀設(shè)計(jì)策略。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of industry and agriculture, the acceleration of urbanization and the continuous increase of urban population, water resources problems occur frequently in cities in China. On the one hand, the urban water resources are scarce, the groundwater level is declining, and the capacity of recycling water resources is insufficient. On the other hand, the urban waterlogging and non-point source pollution caused by the rapid and large amount of Rain Water runoff are also escalating. In view of these problems, the competent departments and practitioners in related fields have carried out the exploration and practice of the theories of "ecological civilization", "sponge city", "flexible city" and so on. At present, a batch of Rain Water collection and utilization projects have been built in China. At the end of 2014, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Construction issued the "Sponge City Construction Technical Guide-low impact Development Rain Water system Construction (trial)", which has achieved remarkable results. Our country has basically matured in the basic engineering technology, but as the urban residents often participate in, contact the facilities, can not only from its function angle, must consider its landscape, causes it to integrate into the city environment better, Only by integrating into the daily life of the residents can the quality of life of the whole city be improved from the material and spiritual aspects. Based on this background, this paper firstly takes the significance of water resources for urban development and the problems in urban construction as the research background, and points out the purpose and significance of this paper. According to the development situation of Rain Water at home and abroad, this paper summarized and combed the development process and achievements of foreign countries, grasped the deficiencies in the design and construction of our country, and determined the development direction of the integration of landscape with environmental coordination. Then the definition of Rain Water collection and utilization is elaborated, the process of its development is understood, and the change course of design development caused by the change of demand is grasped macroscopically. Combined with sponge city, green infrastructure, flexible city and other macro theory, the next Rain Water collection and utilization landscape design provides the bottom theoretical framework. This paper analyzes the various benefits of Rain Water collection and utilization of landscape. On the basis of this theory, a relatively detailed Rain Water collection and utilization of landscape design analysis. Based on the design principles, influencing factors and landscape characteristics in the early stage of design, this paper points out the matters of landscape design which should be paid attention to at the ideological level. This paper focuses on the design of spatial division of Rain Water collection and utilization landscape system, from four aspects: urban road space, urban park space, urban residential space, urban commercial space. Rain Water collection and utilization facilities combined with landscape techniques with outstanding spatial characteristics are selected for design and analysis. The concrete process of the design is explained through the excellent cases of the relevant space at home and abroad, and the practical explanation of the theoretical level is strengthened. Finally, combined with the research results of the paper, it is concluded that the landscape of urban Rain Water collection and utilization should be the coordination of various spatial multi-level subsystems under the overall main system in the future, and pay more attention to the integration and coordination with the city and residents on the basis of function. To improve the landscape effect, improve the quality of life of residents, and form the Rain Water landscape design strategy in line with the needs of modern cities.
