C公司CB類產(chǎn)品項目設(shè)計進度試驗研究

【摘要】:當前對于建設(shè)工程項目的設(shè)計進度研究已非常深入和全面,如關(guān)鍵路線法(CPM)和計劃評審技術(shù)(PERT)等網(wǎng)絡(luò)計劃技術(shù)都有相當廣泛的應用。但這些研究都重點關(guān)注工作之間的銜接和邏輯關(guān)系,并未對工作本身進行研究,特別是在工作持續(xù)時間設(shè)置的準確度方面。再因設(shè)計質(zhì)量是評價設(shè)計工作好壞的首要標準,所以本文以設(shè)計質(zhì)量合格為先決條件,采用試驗的方法判定設(shè)計進度設(shè)置準確度,并探尋進度可壓縮的范圍。本文首先論證了試驗法應用于設(shè)計進度研究的可行性。再通過試驗前分析,規(guī)避了試驗無參考依據(jù)、結(jié)論無類似項目進行應用、試驗過程干擾因素過多、評價標準不明確等風險。隨后對試驗的內(nèi)容進行設(shè)計,這是本文的重點也是難點所在,分別從試驗的難度、時間安排、人員組織、評價標準等進行設(shè)計,在形成試驗條件后進行實施,并可以參試讓人員自行安排試驗開始時間,在最大程度上保證試驗的連續(xù)性和準確性。試驗結(jié)束后,對試驗成品文件按統(tǒng)一標準進行評價,將定性的校審記錄轉(zhuǎn)化為定量的分類數(shù)據(jù),再依據(jù)分配給各組的試驗時間和其設(shè)計文件的錯誤,研究設(shè)計進度與設(shè)計質(zhì)量間的關(guān)系。并按照設(shè)計文件的合格標準,找出能達到要求的最短時間。由此判斷在設(shè)計時間安排上,原有經(jīng)驗數(shù)據(jù)能否進行縮減,最后得出初步結(jié)論。在有初步結(jié)論后進行實例研究,選取C公司正在進行的類似項目,利用初步結(jié)論對其慣用進度計劃進行調(diào)整,項目按調(diào)整的進度實施完成后,將校審記錄按評價標準進行定量匯總,再結(jié)合幾個已完成的類似項目做參照對比,分析初步結(jié)論的合理性,并得出最終結(jié)論。
[Abstract]:At present, the research on the design progress of the construction project has been very thorough and comprehensive, such as the critical route method (CPM) and the planning review technology (PERT) and so on network planning technology has the quite widespread application. However, these studies focus on the cohesion and logical relationship between the work, not on the work itself, especially on the accuracy of the work duration setting. Because the design quality is the primary criterion for evaluating the quality of the design work, this paper takes the design quality as the prerequisite, uses the method of experiment to judge the accuracy of the design schedule setting, and explores the range of the compressibility of the design progress. In this paper, the feasibility of applying the experimental method to the design schedule research is demonstrated. Through the analysis before the test, the risk is avoided, such as no reference basis, no application of similar items, too many interference factors in the test process, unclear evaluation criteria, and so on. Then the content of the experiment is designed, which is the key and difficult point of this paper. It is designed from the difficulty of the experiment, the time arrangement, the organization of personnel, the evaluation standard and so on. After the test conditions are formed, the design is carried out. The participants can arrange the start time of the test to ensure the continuity and accuracy of the test to the greatest extent. At the end of the test, the finished product documents were evaluated according to the unified standard, and the qualitative examination records were converted into the quantitative classification data, and then according to the test time allocated to each group and the error of the design document, Study the relationship between design schedule and design quality. And according to the design documents qualified standards, to find out the minimum time to achieve the requirements. From this, we can judge whether the original experience data can be reduced in the design time arrangement, and finally draw a preliminary conclusion. After a case study is carried out after the preliminary conclusion is reached, we select a similar project that is being carried out by Company C, and use the preliminary conclusion to adjust its customary progress plan. After the project is completed according to the schedule of the adjustment, According to the evaluation criteria, this paper summarizes the records of the school examination quantitatively, and then makes a reference and comparison with several similar items that have been completed, analyzes the rationality of the preliminary conclusions, and draws the final conclusions.
