C公司CB類產(chǎn)品項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)度試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:當(dāng)前對(duì)于建設(shè)工程項(xiàng)目的設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)度研究已非常深入和全面,如關(guān)鍵路線法(CPM)和計(jì)劃評(píng)審技術(shù)(PERT)等網(wǎng)絡(luò)計(jì)劃技術(shù)都有相當(dāng)廣泛的應(yīng)用。但這些研究都重點(diǎn)關(guān)注工作之間的銜接和邏輯關(guān)系,并未對(duì)工作本身進(jìn)行研究,特別是在工作持續(xù)時(shí)間設(shè)置的準(zhǔn)確度方面。再因設(shè)計(jì)質(zhì)量是評(píng)價(jià)設(shè)計(jì)工作好壞的首要標(biāo)準(zhǔn),所以本文以設(shè)計(jì)質(zhì)量合格為先決條件,采用試驗(yàn)的方法判定設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)度設(shè)置準(zhǔn)確度,并探尋進(jìn)度可壓縮的范圍。本文首先論證了試驗(yàn)法應(yīng)用于設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)度研究的可行性。再通過試驗(yàn)前分析,規(guī)避了試驗(yàn)無參考依據(jù)、結(jié)論無類似項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行應(yīng)用、試驗(yàn)過程干擾因素過多、評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)不明確等風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。隨后對(duì)試驗(yàn)的內(nèi)容進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),這是本文的重點(diǎn)也是難點(diǎn)所在,分別從試驗(yàn)的難度、時(shí)間安排、人員組織、評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)等進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),在形成試驗(yàn)條件后進(jìn)行實(shí)施,并可以參試讓人員自行安排試驗(yàn)開始時(shí)間,在最大程度上保證試驗(yàn)的連續(xù)性和準(zhǔn)確性。試驗(yàn)結(jié)束后,對(duì)試驗(yàn)成品文件按統(tǒng)一標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),將定性的校審記錄轉(zhuǎn)化為定量的分類數(shù)據(jù),再依據(jù)分配給各組的試驗(yàn)時(shí)間和其設(shè)計(jì)文件的錯(cuò)誤,研究設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)度與設(shè)計(jì)質(zhì)量間的關(guān)系。并按照設(shè)計(jì)文件的合格標(biāo)準(zhǔn),找出能達(dá)到要求的最短時(shí)間。由此判斷在設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)間安排上,原有經(jīng)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)能否進(jìn)行縮減,最后得出初步結(jié)論。在有初步結(jié)論后進(jìn)行實(shí)例研究,選取C公司正在進(jìn)行的類似項(xiàng)目,利用初步結(jié)論對(duì)其慣用進(jìn)度計(jì)劃進(jìn)行調(diào)整,項(xiàng)目按調(diào)整的進(jìn)度實(shí)施完成后,將校審記錄按評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行定量匯總,再結(jié)合幾個(gè)已完成的類似項(xiàng)目做參照對(duì)比,分析初步結(jié)論的合理性,并得出最終結(jié)論。
[Abstract]:At present, the research on the design progress of the construction project has been very thorough and comprehensive, such as the critical route method (CPM) and the planning review technology (PERT) and so on network planning technology has the quite widespread application. However, these studies focus on the cohesion and logical relationship between the work, not on the work itself, especially on the accuracy of the work duration setting. Because the design quality is the primary criterion for evaluating the quality of the design work, this paper takes the design quality as the prerequisite, uses the method of experiment to judge the accuracy of the design schedule setting, and explores the range of the compressibility of the design progress. In this paper, the feasibility of applying the experimental method to the design schedule research is demonstrated. Through the analysis before the test, the risk is avoided, such as no reference basis, no application of similar items, too many interference factors in the test process, unclear evaluation criteria, and so on. Then the content of the experiment is designed, which is the key and difficult point of this paper. It is designed from the difficulty of the experiment, the time arrangement, the organization of personnel, the evaluation standard and so on. After the test conditions are formed, the design is carried out. The participants can arrange the start time of the test to ensure the continuity and accuracy of the test to the greatest extent. At the end of the test, the finished product documents were evaluated according to the unified standard, and the qualitative examination records were converted into the quantitative classification data, and then according to the test time allocated to each group and the error of the design document, Study the relationship between design schedule and design quality. And according to the design documents qualified standards, to find out the minimum time to achieve the requirements. From this, we can judge whether the original experience data can be reduced in the design time arrangement, and finally draw a preliminary conclusion. After a case study is carried out after the preliminary conclusion is reached, we select a similar project that is being carried out by Company C, and use the preliminary conclusion to adjust its customary progress plan. After the project is completed according to the schedule of the adjustment, According to the evaluation criteria, this paper summarizes the records of the school examination quantitatively, and then makes a reference and comparison with several similar items that have been completed, analyzes the rationality of the preliminary conclusions, and draws the final conclusions.
