某核電廠鋼筋混凝土樓板熱分析及裂縫原因初探

【摘要】:混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)養(yǎng)護(hù)期間必須進(jìn)行溫度控制,以保證結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)件的裂縫寬度不超過(guò)規(guī)范規(guī)定的限值。針對(duì)某核電廠反應(yīng)堆廠房20.450m樓板構(gòu)件,采用數(shù)值方法對(duì)混凝土樓板結(jié)構(gòu)澆注養(yǎng)護(hù)進(jìn)行了熱分析。分析結(jié)果表明,混凝土樓板裂縫是溫度應(yīng)力和結(jié)構(gòu)約束等因素綜合作用的結(jié)果,且結(jié)構(gòu)約束對(duì)樓板溫度應(yīng)力的影響更大。同時(shí),進(jìn)一步分析了樓板溫度收縮機(jī)理,提出了加固措施,可為樓板裂縫加固設(shè)計(jì)提供參考。
[Abstract]:During the curing of concrete structure, temperature control must be carried out to ensure that the crack width of the structural member does not exceed the limit specified in the code. Based on the 20.450 m floor member of a nuclear power plant reactor building, the thermal analysis of pouring maintenance of concrete floor structure is carried out by using numerical method. The results show that the cracks of concrete floor slab are the result of the combined effect of temperature stress and structural constraint, and the influence of structural constraints on the thermal stress of floor slab is greater. At the same time, the mechanism of floor temperature shrinkage is further analyzed, and the strengthening measures are put forward, which can provide reference for the design of floor slab crack strengthening.
