【摘要】：本文主要研究了兩個(gè)內(nèi)容,一個(gè)是社區(qū)銷售中心的特性及相應(yīng)的設(shè)計(jì)策略,另外一個(gè)是社區(qū)銷售中心的設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)踐——北京南法信26街社區(qū)銷售展示中心的設(shè)計(jì)。通過前期資料的收集、文獻(xiàn)的查閱,總結(jié)社區(qū)銷售中心的主要特點(diǎn):有一定程度的“郊區(qū)化”趨勢(shì)、“展示性”、“臨時(shí)性”。針對(duì)這三個(gè)特點(diǎn)分別進(jìn)行研究:處于郊區(qū)的基地有何特點(diǎn),常規(guī)的設(shè)計(jì)策略是什么,在郊區(qū)建設(shè)銷售中心與城市中有何不同,應(yīng)該關(guān)注的設(shè)計(jì)要點(diǎn)有何差異;社區(qū)銷售中心的“展示性”的形成內(nèi)在機(jī)制,及如何通過建筑設(shè)計(jì)的方式來實(shí)現(xiàn)其展示性;面對(duì)社區(qū)銷售中心的“臨時(shí)性”帶來的資源浪費(fèi)、環(huán)境污染的問題,該如何在建筑設(shè)計(jì)之中有效的應(yīng)對(duì)。文章的思路是先對(duì)社區(qū)銷售中心的三點(diǎn)特點(diǎn)及設(shè)計(jì)策略進(jìn)行歸納總結(jié),然后在此理論研究的基礎(chǔ)上,是社區(qū)銷售中心針對(duì)這三點(diǎn)的設(shè)計(jì)中的實(shí)踐,結(jié)合實(shí)際項(xiàng)目分析理論如何在實(shí)踐中操作以及在實(shí)踐中這些策略的可行性及存在的問題。文章總共劃分為五個(gè)章節(jié),第一章節(jié)闡述課題研究的背景、內(nèi)容、目的和意義,第二章節(jié)為郊區(qū)社區(qū)銷售中心的特點(diǎn)研究及問題的設(shè)計(jì)解決策略,其中結(jié)合了相關(guān)的案例研究,這部分為課題的理論研究。第三章節(jié)為課題的設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)踐,詳細(xì)描述針對(duì)課題提出的問題如何在設(shè)計(jì)中予以回應(yīng)解決。第四章節(jié)對(duì)建成的項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行了展示與反思。第五章節(jié)對(duì)該實(shí)際案例作為課題解決的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了分析,并針對(duì)社區(qū)銷售中心這一課題進(jìn)行了重新的歸納,最后是通過前期的理論內(nèi)容的研究和實(shí)際工程項(xiàng)目的全程跟進(jìn),總結(jié)了自己對(duì)于建筑認(rèn)知上的一些的提升。
[Abstract]:This article mainly studies two contents, one is the community sales center characteristic and the corresponding design strategy, the other is the community sales center design practice-Beijing Nanfaxin 26th Street community sales exhibition center design. The main characteristics of the community sales center are summarized through the collection of the earlier data and the reference of the literature: there is a certain degree of "suburbanization" trend, "display", "temporary". According to the three characteristics of the study: what are the characteristics of the base in the suburbs, what is the conventional design strategy, what is the difference between the suburban construction and sales center and the city, and what should be concerned about the design points; The inherent mechanism of the "demonstration" of the community sales center and how to realize the demonstration through the architectural design, facing the problem of the waste of resources and the pollution of the environment caused by the "temporary" of the community sales center, How to respond effectively in architectural design. The idea of this article is to sum up the three features and design strategies of the community sales center first, and then, on the basis of this theoretical research, it is the practice of the community sales center in the design of these three points. Combined with the practical project analysis theory, how to operate in practice and the feasibility and problems of these strategies in practice. The article is divided into five chapters, the first chapter describes the background, content, purpose and significance of the research, the second chapter is the characteristics of the suburban community sales center and the design strategy of the problem, which combines the relevant case studies. This part is the theoretical study of the subject. The third chapter is the design practice of the subject, describes in detail how to solve the problems raised in the design. The fourth chapter shows and reflects on the completed project. The fifth chapter analyzes the merits and demerits of the actual case as a subject, and reinduces the topic of community sales center, finally through the previous theoretical research and the follow-up of the actual project. Summed up their own architectural awareness of some of the improvement.
