【摘要】:自2013年來(lái),中國(guó)鋼材產(chǎn)量以7.79億噸位居世界第一[1]。鋼框架結(jié)構(gòu)在越來(lái)越多的領(lǐng)域得到了前所未有的發(fā)展,鋼節(jié)點(diǎn)設(shè)計(jì)作為鋼結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)中的一個(gè)關(guān)鍵點(diǎn),國(guó)內(nèi)外很多學(xué)者都對(duì)此進(jìn)行了一系列研究,并提出了很多種鋼節(jié)點(diǎn)類型。圓鋼管柱由于各個(gè)方向的截面慣性矩相同,以及其經(jīng)濟(jì)效益高,施工快捷方便及抗震性能優(yōu)越等特點(diǎn)在建筑設(shè)計(jì)中得到廣泛的運(yùn)用。云南省位于云貴高原,山區(qū)地勢(shì)起伏不平且地震多發(fā),鋼材運(yùn)輸及安裝條件相對(duì)較差;谠颇鲜〉刭|(zhì)地貌情況及已有的國(guó)內(nèi)外專家學(xué)者研究成果,本課題提出了一種新型的便于工地安裝運(yùn)輸?shù)墓?jié)點(diǎn)"分離式外套筒鋼管柱-H型鋼梁節(jié)點(diǎn)",對(duì)此節(jié)點(diǎn)進(jìn)行往復(fù)循環(huán)加載試驗(yàn),并對(duì)試驗(yàn)結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析,研究試件加載過程荷載-位移曲線,及參數(shù)對(duì)試件性能的影響。首先制作3個(gè)十字形外套筒鋼管柱-H型鋼梁節(jié)點(diǎn)分別對(duì)梁端進(jìn)行循環(huán)荷載加載試驗(yàn),觀察記錄加載過程中三根構(gòu)件節(jié)點(diǎn)處變形情況及梁翼緣破壞情況。對(duì)各個(gè)節(jié)點(diǎn)的荷載-位移滯回曲線、剛度退化,節(jié)點(diǎn)耗能進(jìn)行分析,對(duì)比分析套筒厚度變化對(duì)節(jié)點(diǎn)受力性能的影響利用有限元軟件ANSYS15.0對(duì)本課題所研究的新型節(jié)點(diǎn)進(jìn)行建模分析,對(duì)比試驗(yàn)結(jié)果和有限元分析結(jié)果,證明了 ansys軟件的可靠性,分析新型外套筒節(jié)點(diǎn)各參數(shù)對(duì)節(jié)點(diǎn)性能的影響,提出一個(gè)套筒最小厚度設(shè)計(jì)公式供后續(xù)設(shè)計(jì)及理論研究人員參考,在論文最后提出一個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)用表,供設(shè)計(jì)人員進(jìn)行此鋼節(jié)點(diǎn)設(shè)計(jì)選用。
[Abstract]:Since 2013, China's steel production at 779 million tons ranked first in the world. Steel frame structure has been developed in more and more fields. As a key point in steel structure design, many scholars at home and abroad have carried out a series of research and put forward many types of steel joints. Round steel pipe column is widely used in architectural design because of the same moment of inertia in each direction, high economic benefit, convenient construction and excellent seismic performance. Yunnan Province is located on the Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau, the mountain area is rough and earthquake prone, and the steel transportation and installation conditions are relatively poor. Based on the geological and geomorphological situation of Yunnan Province and the existing research results of experts and scholars at home and abroad, In this paper, a new type of joint, which is convenient for site installation and transportation, is proposed, which is a split type steel tubular column H-type steel beam joint with outer sleeve. The reciprocating cyclic loading test is carried out on this joint, and the test results are analyzed. The load-displacement curve during loading and the influence of parameters on the performance of the specimen are studied. At first, three steel tubular column H-type steel beam joints with cross-shaped outer sleeve were made to carry out cyclic loading tests on the end of the beam respectively, and the deformation at the joint of the three members and the failure of the flange of the beam were observed and recorded during the loading process. The load-displacement hysteretic curves, stiffness degradation and joint energy consumption of each node are analyzed, and the effects of sleeve thickness on the joints' mechanical performance are compared and analyzed by using ANSYS 15.0, a finite element software, is used to model and analyze the new type of joints studied in this paper. By comparing the test results with the finite element analysis results, the reliability of the ansys software is proved. The influence of the parameters of the new type outer sleeve joints on the performance of the joints is analyzed, and a formula for the design of the minimum thickness of the sleeve is put forward for the reference of the subsequent design and the theoretical researchers. At the end of the paper, a design table is put forward for the design of the steel joint.
