【摘要】：針對常規(guī)消防管材需現(xiàn)場進行涂料涂裝時存在的施工效率低、作業(yè)難度大和不環(huán)保等缺陷,以及內外涂覆的消防管材價格高、推廣難的問題,介紹一種新型消防外涂覆管產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)工藝、性能特點、相對優(yōu)勢以及安裝應用等。分析認為:外涂覆消防管綜合性能優(yōu)于傳統(tǒng)鍍鋅消防管材,使用綜合成本低于傳統(tǒng)鍍鋅消防管材,對環(huán)境友好,是一種經(jīng)濟實用型綠色消防管材。
[Abstract]:In view of the defects such as low construction efficiency, high difficulty in operation and non-environmental protection, and the high price of fire fighting pipe coated inside and outside, it is difficult to popularize the conventional fire control pipe when it needs to be coated with paint on the spot. This paper introduces the production technology, performance characteristics, relative advantages and installation and application of a new type of fire protection outer coating pipe. The analysis shows that the comprehensive performance of the coated fire pipe is better than that of the traditional galvanized fire pipe, and the comprehensive cost is lower than that of the traditional galvanized fire fighting pipe, which is environmentally friendly and is a kind of economical and practical green fire fighting pipe.
