【摘要】：本文依托上海老城廂地區(qū)環(huán)境綜合整治項(xiàng)目,通過對國內(nèi)外歷史街區(qū)保護(hù)、景觀資源評價(jià)、環(huán)境整治等方面文獻(xiàn)研究,借鑒建成環(huán)境使用后評價(jià)體系(POE)理論,運(yùn)用層次分析法和問卷調(diào)查統(tǒng)計(jì),嘗試將視覺心理等理論用于歷史街區(qū)環(huán)境的評估體系建設(shè)中。研究總結(jié)了包括沿街建筑外觀、街道空間形象、街道環(huán)境品質(zhì)、歷史文化傳承、現(xiàn)代生活氛圍、環(huán)境的安全性、環(huán)境的識別性、環(huán)境的認(rèn)同感等共4個層級,共20個視覺評估影響指標(biāo),計(jì)算其權(quán)重。數(shù)據(jù)表明:歷史文化傳承與保持現(xiàn)代生活氛圍兩方面會對上海老城廂歷史街區(qū)的視覺評估產(chǎn)生最為重要的影響。評估模型根據(jù)所獲指標(biāo)的重要性程度進(jìn)行分值排序,并試用于實(shí)例的評估,即對上海老城廂地區(qū)幾條街道環(huán)境整治后的視覺質(zhì)量進(jìn)行評估。通過對評估結(jié)果的分析,了解環(huán)境整治后歷史街區(qū)風(fēng)貌改善的情況,整改中實(shí)現(xiàn)較好地方與不足之處,并檢視評估體系和模型中存在的優(yōu)勢與局限性。論文研究的核心是嘗試將視覺心理等理論用于歷史街區(qū)環(huán)境的評估體系建設(shè)中,研究目標(biāo)是對上海老城廂地區(qū)整治后環(huán)境質(zhì)量評估之路的探索,從視覺角度初步構(gòu)建適宜于歷史街區(qū)視覺質(zhì)量評估體系和評估模型,并嘗試將其運(yùn)用于正在進(jìn)行中的環(huán)境整治項(xiàng)目的用后評估。研究也希望通過對評估結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析、回饋給規(guī)劃、設(shè)計(jì)、施工、管理等部門,以獲研究實(shí)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:In this paper, based on the project of comprehensive environmental improvement in the old city area of Shanghai, through the research of the literature on the protection of historical blocks at home and abroad, the evaluation of landscape resources and environmental renovation, the theory of Poe is used for reference in the post-use evaluation system of the built environment. By using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and the questionnaire survey, this paper tries to apply the theory of visual psychology to the construction of the evaluation system of the environment in the historical district. The study summarizes four levels including the appearance of buildings along the street, street space image, street environmental quality, historical and cultural heritage, modern living atmosphere, environmental security, environmental identification, environmental identity, etc. A total of 20 visual impact indicators were evaluated and their weights were calculated. The data show that the historical and cultural heritage and the maintenance of modern living atmosphere will have the most important impact on the visual evaluation of Shanghai's old historical district. The evaluation model is used to evaluate the visual quality of several streets in the old Chengxiang area of Shanghai after renovating the environment. Through the analysis of the evaluation results, we can understand the situation of improving the style and features of the historic blocks after the environmental renovation, realize better places and shortcomings in the rectification and reform, and examine the advantages and limitations in the evaluation system and model. The core of the thesis is to try to apply the theory of visual psychology to the construction of the environment evaluation system of the historical district. The research goal is to explore the road of the environmental quality assessment after the renovation of the old urban area in Shanghai. From the visual point of view, the visual quality assessment system and evaluation model of historical blocks are preliminarily constructed, and they are applied to the post-use assessment of the ongoing environmental remediation projects. The research also hopes to analyze the evaluation results and give back to the departments of planning, design, construction, management and so on, in order to obtain the practical value of the research.
