基于馬爾科夫排隊網(wǎng)的逆作法土方施工優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:在逆作法土方施工工程過程中,土方工程施工較復雜,各類施工機械、人力物力等排隊配合不協(xié)調(diào),既影響生產(chǎn)效率,也給現(xiàn)場管理帶來很多問題。本文以成本和時間優(yōu)化為目標,將Markov(馬爾科夫)排隊網(wǎng)絡應用到運用逆作法土方工程中,通過實地收取調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù),對結(jié)合A工程基坑開挖的逆作法土方施工進行數(shù)學建模和仿真優(yōu)化研究,為逆作法土方工程的機械設備組織方案提供了一套思路。其成果如下:(1)通過對逆作法土方施工的問題描述,以實際逆作法土方施工過程中挖掘機、推土機、運載汽車等各機械之間配合度較高的作為研究對象,分析各機械之間的時間、成本等消耗量,以縮短施工工期,減少施工成本為目的,討論各機械、各節(jié)點關系之間的排隊建模條件,建立了優(yōu)化模型。(2)為了驗證Markov(馬爾科夫)排隊網(wǎng)建立的排隊優(yōu)化模型,將模型應用到A工程逆作法土方施工的土方開挖過程中進行仿真優(yōu)化,仿真優(yōu)化結(jié)果表明:模型是可行有效的,在逆作法土方施工工程過程中不僅縮短土方施工工期時間,而且減少施工成本。(3)運用現(xiàn)場管理理論和A工程數(shù)據(jù),從優(yōu)化服務效率,改善優(yōu)化逆作法土方施工的挖掘現(xiàn)場和卸料現(xiàn)場的視角,提出現(xiàn)場改善、施工優(yōu)化的對策和建議。本文結(jié)合實際調(diào)研與理論知識,將Markov(馬爾科夫)排隊網(wǎng)用于逆作法土方施工中,在保證了逆作法土方施工質(zhì)量與安全的前提下,縮短逆作法土方施工工期,減少逆作法土方施工成本費用,為逆作法土方施工效率改善提供了一套方案。
[Abstract]:In the process of reverse earthwork construction, the construction of earthwork is more complicated, and all kinds of construction machinery, manpower and material resources are not coordinated, which not only affects the production efficiency, but also brings a lot of problems to the field management. Aiming at cost and time optimization, this paper applies Markov-Markov queuing network to earthwork engineering using reverse method, and collects survey data on the spot. The mathematical modeling and simulation optimization of the earthwork construction combined with the excavation of foundation pit of engineering A are studied, which provides a set of ideas for the organization of mechanical equipment in the earthwork. The results are as follows: 1) by describing the problem of earthwork construction in reverse practice, taking the higher cooperation between excavators, bulldozers, carrying vehicles and other machinery in the actual reverse construction process as the research object, and analyzing the time between the various machines, In order to shorten the construction period and reduce the construction cost, this paper discusses the queueing modeling conditions between each machine and each node, and establishes the optimization model. 2) in order to verify the queuing optimization model established by Markov-Markov queuing network, The model is applied to the simulation and optimization of earthwork excavation in reverse earthwork construction of engineering A. The simulation and optimization results show that the model is feasible and effective, and not only shortens the time of earthwork construction in the process of reverse earthwork construction, but also reduces the time of earthwork construction. Moreover, using the field management theory and A engineering data, from the perspective of optimizing service efficiency, improving the excavation site and unloading site of the optimized reverse method, the countermeasures and suggestions of site improvement and construction optimization are put forward. Combined with practical investigation and theoretical knowledge, Markov-Markov queuing network is used in reverse earthwork construction. Under the premise of ensuring the quality and safety of reverse earthwork construction, the construction period of reverse earthwork is shortened. Reducing the cost of reverse earthwork construction provides a set of scheme for improving the efficiency of reverse earthwork construction.
