廈門市環(huán)杏林灣居住區(qū)功能濕地梯級建構研究

【摘要】:近年來,城市開發(fā)與水資源生態(tài)保護矛盾顯著,居住區(qū)建設大量吞噬區(qū)域濕地資源,造成城市嚴重內澇和水資源短缺,使水資源生態(tài)失衡日益嚴重。這種現(xiàn)象在海灣區(qū)域尤為明顯。由于灣區(qū)所帶來的強勁的經濟發(fā)展、優(yōu)美宜人的生活環(huán)境、便捷高效的交通系統(tǒng)使得人口大量聚集,開發(fā)強度巨大。同時,灣區(qū)形成的河口濕地往往是區(qū)域生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的關鍵,生境類型豐富,生態(tài)敏感脆弱,土地開發(fā)與生態(tài)保護矛盾異常尖銳。為此,我們提出了“功能濕地”理論,將人工濕地建構技術與市政功能結合起來,使人居環(huán)境建設與濕地保護并行不悖,使水資源回歸生態(tài)。本文基于該理論,利用景觀生態(tài)學等級理論,探索廈門環(huán)杏林灣地區(qū)居住區(qū)功能濕地梯級建構方式,在現(xiàn)狀的基礎上對區(qū)域濕地生態(tài)結構進行修復。最終解決該區(qū)域水資源失衡問題。本文研究的過程如下:(1)總結相關理論和實踐,提取環(huán)杏林灣區(qū)域現(xiàn)狀濕地結構,調研該區(qū)域居住區(qū)相關案例,從而為研究奠定基礎。(2)利用Arc GIS軟件對廈門環(huán)杏林灣區(qū)域做徑流分析和土地適宜性評價,將生成的河網和評價圖與現(xiàn)狀濕地基因進行整合,以杏林灣為一個流域進行一級濕地網絡的建構,即居住區(qū)濕地與宏觀區(qū)域濕地結構的連接。(3)根據功能濕地的建構要求,結合上位規(guī)劃與居住區(qū)設計規(guī)范,依托流域劃分居住地塊,提出居住區(qū)二級濕地網絡建構的原則與策略,進行居住區(qū)內部濕地網絡建構。(4)以建構完善的濕地結構為規(guī)劃結構,進行對環(huán)杏林灣區(qū)域的居住區(qū)與濕地網絡的一體化設計。(5)總結和展望本文對功能濕地理論已有成果進行拓展,通過對環(huán)杏林灣居住區(qū)的功能濕地的梯級建構,在現(xiàn)狀的基礎上完善了區(qū)域濕地結構,對其他灣區(qū)居住區(qū)規(guī)劃有參考意義。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the contradiction between urban development and ecological protection of water resources is obvious. The construction of residential areas engulfs regional wetland resources, which results in serious waterlogging and water shortage in cities, and makes the ecological imbalance of water resources become more and more serious. This phenomenon is particularly evident in the Gulf region. Due to the strong economic development brought by the Bay area, the beautiful and pleasant living environment, the convenient and efficient transportation system makes a large number of people gather, and the development intensity is enormous. At the same time, estuarine wetlands formed in the Bay area are often the key to the regional ecosystem. The habitat types are rich, ecological sensitivity is fragile, and the contradiction between land exploitation and ecological protection is extremely sharp. Therefore, we put forward the theory of "functional wetland", which combines the construction technology of artificial wetland with municipal function, makes the construction of human settlement environment and wetland protection go hand in hand, and makes water resources return to ecology. Based on this theory, this paper explores the construction of functional wetland in Xinglin Bay area of Xiamen, based on the theory of landscape ecology grade, and restores the ecological structure of regional wetland on the basis of the present situation. Finally solve the imbalance of water resources in this region. The research process of this paper is as follows: (1) summarizing the relevant theory and practice, extracting the current wetland structure in the Xinglin Bay region, and investigating the relevant cases of the residential area in this area. Thus, the foundation of the study was established. (2) the runoff analysis and land suitability evaluation of Xinglin Bay area of Xiamen Ring were made by using Arc GIS software, and the generated river network and evaluation map were integrated with the genes of current wetland. Taking Xinglin Bay as a watershed to construct the first class wetland network, that is, the connection between residential wetland and macroscopical wetland structure, according to the requirements of functional wetland construction, combined with the upper planning and residential design specifications. Based on the watershed division of residential land, this paper puts forward the principles and strategies of constructing the secondary wetland network in residential areas, and constructs the wetland network in residential areas. 4) taking the construction of perfect wetland structure as the planning structure, This paper summarizes and looks forward to the development of functional wetland theory in this paper, through the cascade construction of functional wetland in Huanxinglin Bay residential area. On the basis of the present situation, the wetland structure of the region is improved, which has reference significance for the planning of the residential areas in other bay areas.
