【摘要】：陜北黃土丘陵溝壑區(qū)是我國生態(tài)環(huán)境最脆弱的地區(qū)之一,位于該區(qū)域的城鎮(zhèn)所受的生態(tài)約束比一般地區(qū)更多。本文選取陜西省榆林市神木縣城為研究對象,神木是陜北黃土丘陵溝壑區(qū)中資源富集的典型城鎮(zhèn),由煤炭資源帶動的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展使得神木的空間建設需求不斷增加,導致縣城可建設用地處于緊缺狀態(tài),縣城空間形態(tài)甚至突破了基本的地形限制。本研究所指“節(jié)地導向”是在滿足神木縣城社會發(fā)展的基本需求的前提下,聚焦于城市整體空間而不是某一局部,探討城市空間邊界、空間結構和空間布局來達到資源的集約利用。首先,在空間邊界方面,借助ArcGIS明確神木縣城的生態(tài)約束界限,以之為基準劃定空間拓展的最大剛性界限,進而在該范圍內(nèi)模擬幾種空間拓展狀況,從中選取最緊湊的邊界作為節(jié)地邊界,得到的節(jié)地邊界緊湊度為0.40,相比于現(xiàn)狀邊界提高0.13;其次,在空間結構方面,運用Depthmap空間句法定量分析現(xiàn)狀結構存在的問題,以問題為導向組織空間結構的合理發(fā)展,節(jié)地結構的集成度上升至0.42,相比于現(xiàn)狀結構提高0.04;最后,在空間布局方面,運用ArcGIS分析5類城市主要用地的分布密度,根據(jù)用地分散程度、集聚程度和混合程度,以問題為導向優(yōu)化空間布局,節(jié)地布局的用地混合度為14%,相比于現(xiàn)狀布局增加10%。綜上,以節(jié)地導向的空間邊界、空間結構和空間布局研究為基礎,三者疊合后得到節(jié)地導向下的神木縣城空間形態(tài),其建設用地規(guī)模相比于現(xiàn)行總體規(guī)劃減少3.43平方公里。這表明邊界緊湊、結構合理、布局混合對于節(jié)約集約利用土地效果明顯。本文以定量結合定性的方式對神木縣城空間形態(tài)展開研究,運用數(shù)理方法確定節(jié)地導向下的空間形態(tài),旨在加強神木縣城空間形態(tài)建構的科學性。本次研究對陜北黃土丘陵溝壑區(qū)的城鎮(zhèn)空間形態(tài)優(yōu)化有著較強的實踐價值,也為其他生態(tài)脆弱地區(qū)城鎮(zhèn)的空間發(fā)展提供一定參考。
[Abstract]:The Loess Hilly and Gully region in Northern Shaanxi is one of the most fragile ecological areas in China. The towns in this region are subject to more ecological constraints than the general areas. This paper selects Shenmu County of Yulin City, Shaanxi Province as the research object. Shenmu is a typical town with rich resources in loess hilly and gully region of Northern Shaanxi. The economic development driven by coal resources makes the demand for space construction of Shenmu increase. As a result, the construction land in the county is in short supply, and the spatial form of the county has even broken through the basic terrain restriction. The "land saving orientation" mentioned in this study is focused on the whole space of the city, not a certain part, on the premise of satisfying the basic needs of the social development of Shenmu County, and discusses the boundary of the urban space. Spatial structure and spatial layout to achieve intensive use of resources. First of all, in the aspect of space boundary, with the help of ArcGIS, the ecological constraint boundary of Shenmu county is defined, and the maximum rigid boundary of space expansion is delineated on the basis of it, and several kinds of spatial expansion conditions are simulated in this range. Choosing the most compact boundary as the boundary, the compactness of the boundary is 0.40, which is 0.13 higher than that of the present situation. Secondly, in the aspect of spatial structure, the problems of the present structure are quantitatively analyzed by using Depthmap spatial syntax. With the rational development of problem-oriented organization spatial structure, the integration of land saving structure rises to 0.42, which is 0.04 higher than the present structure. Finally, in spatial layout, ArcGIS is used to analyze the distribution density of five kinds of major urban land. According to the degree of land dispersion, the degree of agglomeration and the degree of mixing, the spatial layout is optimized under the guidance of the problem. The land mix degree of the land saving layout is 14%, which increases by 10% compared with the present layout. In summary, based on the study of the spatial boundary, spatial structure and spatial layout of land saving guidance, the spatial form of Shenmu county city under the guidance of saving land is obtained, and the scale of construction land is reduced by 3.43 square kilometers compared with the current overall plan. This shows that the boundary is compact, the structure is reasonable, and the effect of layout mixing on saving intensive land use is obvious. In this paper, the spatial form of Shenmu county is studied in the way of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis. The purpose of this paper is to strengthen the scientific nature of the construction of spatial form of Shenmu county by means of mathematical method to determine the spatial form under the guidance of land saving. This study has a strong practical value for the optimization of urban spatial form in loess hilly and gully region of northern Shaanxi, and also provides a certain reference for the spatial development of towns in other fragile ecological areas.
