城市職住空間匹配特征及其影響因素研究——以天津市為例

【摘要】:基于《2016年天津市交通與住房調查問卷》數(shù)據(jù),從行政區(qū)、家庭、職業(yè)三個層面,利用核密度估計法、職住平衡指數(shù)、空間錯位指數(shù)等方法刻畫天津市中心城區(qū)居民職住空間匹配特征,并以居民家庭屬性、經(jīng)濟特征、社會制度為切入點分析職住空間匹配特征的影響因素。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),中心城區(qū)職住空間匹配程度呈現(xiàn)"區(qū)內差異較大,區(qū)間差異較小"的特點;其中是否有子女接送、通勤成本以及戶籍制度等因素對職住失衡程度影響顯著,并且不同家庭與職業(yè)類型的職住空間匹配特征呈現(xiàn)較強差異。在此基礎上,從公共服務、交通建設與土地利用等方面提出相應對策建議。
[Abstract]:Based on the data of Tianjin city traffic and housing survey in the year of <2016, from three aspects of the administrative area, family and occupation, using the nuclear density estimation method, the occupant balance index, the spatial misplacement index, and so on, it depicts the matching characteristics of the residential space in the downtown of Tianjin, and analyzes the position of the residential property, the economic characteristics and the social system as the breakthrough point. It is found that the spatial matching degree of the residential space in the central urban area has the characteristics of "large difference in the area and small difference in interval", and whether there are children's delivery, commuter cost and household registration system have a significant influence on the degree of disequilibrium, and the space matching of different family and occupation types On this basis, the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from the aspects of public service, traffic construction and land use.
