【摘要】：近些年來(lái),隨著我國(guó)的經(jīng)濟(jì)和科技飛速發(fā)展,高層建筑的建設(shè)也隨之興起。由于高層建筑受力復(fù)雜且荷載量巨大,對(duì)地基基礎(chǔ)的強(qiáng)度、剛度和穩(wěn)定性的要求也就越高,基礎(chǔ)工程的安全性對(duì)整個(gè)建筑來(lái)說(shuō)舉足輕重。在各種復(fù)雜的地質(zhì)條件下,要保證地基基礎(chǔ)的質(zhì)量合格,必須對(duì)地質(zhì)條件作出精準(zhǔn)勘測(cè),選擇合理的地基基礎(chǔ)處理方案,嚴(yán)格把控基礎(chǔ)的施工過(guò)程。論文以淮南工人文化宮工程地下室工程施工為例,根據(jù)工程地質(zhì)環(huán)境和施工條件,對(duì)該地下室工程的基坑支護(hù)技術(shù)、施工工藝、質(zhì)量監(jiān)控、安全監(jiān)測(cè)和措施進(jìn)行分析研究和論證。提出了適合該工程的基坑圍護(hù)方案-人工挖灌注孔樁,并提出了相應(yīng)的施工工藝和安全控制技術(shù)。在施工過(guò)程中的注意運(yùn)用新技術(shù)和新工藝,嚴(yán)格把控施工質(zhì)量和工程進(jìn)度,確保安全。本工程地下室防水等級(jí)為一級(jí),迎水面主體結(jié)構(gòu)包括地下室底板、外墻及首層室外地板采用鋼筋混凝土自防水,設(shè)計(jì)抗?jié)B等級(jí)為P6。從訂立質(zhì)量目標(biāo)和質(zhì)量管理體系,再到質(zhì)量保證措施的確立,工程一開(kāi)始就進(jìn)行了整個(gè)質(zhì)量策劃,特別是針對(duì)基礎(chǔ)工程的質(zhì)量管理提出了嚴(yán)格要求,并制定了詳細(xì)的質(zhì)量檢測(cè)計(jì)劃。經(jīng)過(guò)精心施工和科學(xué)管理,淮南工人文化宮工程地下室工程實(shí)現(xiàn)了安全順利施工,工程質(zhì)量?jī)?yōu)良。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of economy and science and technology in our country, the construction of high-rise building also rises. Because of the complex force and huge load of high-rise building, the higher the requirement of foundation strength, stiffness and stability is, the more important the safety of foundation engineering is to the whole building. Under various complicated geological conditions, in order to guarantee the quality of the foundation, it is necessary to make accurate survey of the geological conditions, select a reasonable foundation treatment scheme, and strictly control the construction process of the foundation. This paper takes the basement construction of Huainan worker Culture Palace Project as an example, according to the engineering geological environment and construction conditions, the foundation pit support technology, construction technology, quality monitoring and control of the basement project. Safety monitoring and measures for analysis and verification. The paper puts forward the scheme of retaining foundation pit by manual digging and pouring hole pile, and puts forward the corresponding construction technology and safety control technology. In the process of construction, the new technology and new technology should be used to strictly control the construction quality and the progress of the project to ensure the safety. The basement waterproofing grade of this project is first grade, the main structure of facing water surface includes basement floor, the exterior wall and the first floor outdoor floor are self-waterproof with reinforced concrete, and the design impermeability grade is P6. From the establishment of quality objectives and quality management systems to the establishment of quality assurance measures, the whole quality planning has been carried out from the beginning of the project, especially the strict requirements for the quality management of basic projects. A detailed quality inspection plan has been worked out. After careful construction and scientific management, the basement project of Huainan Workers' Culture Palace has been safely and smoothly constructed, and the quality of the project is excellent.
