【摘要】：以上海地區(qū)某高層剪力墻住宅為例,對(duì)其施工圖的材料用量進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,從而計(jì)算出面積含鋼量與體積含鋼量。通過(guò)對(duì)該住宅含鋼量指標(biāo)的分析,找出影響高層剪力墻住宅含鋼量指標(biāo)的主要因素,從而給出結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)優(yōu)化建議,可為同類型結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)做參考。
[Abstract]:Taking a high-rise shear wall house in Shanghai as an example, the material amount of the construction drawings is statistically analyzed, and the amount of steel and the volume of steel in the area are calculated. Through the analysis of the steel content index of the residence, the main factors affecting the steel content index of the high-rise shear wall housing are found out, and the structural design optimization suggestions are given, which can be used as the same. Type structure design for reference.
