【摘要】：為在不同層次、不同方面探討城鎮(zhèn)建設用地空間結構的連通特征,在城鄉(xiāng)規(guī)劃與復雜網絡交叉領域,以黔江區(qū)2013年現(xiàn)狀及規(guī)劃建設用地為基礎數(shù)據(jù),對城鎮(zhèn)建設用地空間結構進行網絡模型構建,對比分析兩者空間結構連通性差異。主要研究結果為規(guī)劃后建設用地布局連通性結構穩(wěn)定性、均衡性明顯提高,但空間格局局部仍有不均衡;隨著建設用地的擴張,山體、河流、道路等阻隔因素的制約作用增強,組團間連通程度低于內部。研究結果為今后城鎮(zhèn)道路交通建設、城市設計、用地功能布局、基礎設施建設等規(guī)劃問題提供了一定的科學依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:In order to explore the spatial structure of urban construction land in different levels and in different aspects, in the field of urban and rural planning and complex network, the paper takes the status quo of Qianjiang District in 2013 and the planning of construction land as the basic data. The network model of urban construction land spatial structure is constructed, and the difference of spatial structure connectivity between them is compared and analyzed. The main results are as follows: the stability and equilibrium of the construction land layout connectivity structure are improved obviously after the planning, but the spatial pattern is still uneven, with the expansion of the construction land, the restriction of the blocking factors such as mountains, rivers, roads, etc. The connectivity between groups is lower than that within. The results provide a scientific basis for the planning of urban road traffic construction, urban design, land use function layout, infrastructure construction and so on.
