基于BIM和RFID技術(shù)的風(fēng)電建設(shè)項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理研究

【摘要】:電力工程建設(shè)行業(yè)的發(fā)展一直以來(lái)受到國(guó)家和政府的高度重視,并且風(fēng)電作為一種新能源,已經(jīng)成為了電力“十三五”規(guī)劃的重點(diǎn)開(kāi)發(fā)對(duì)象。但是,目前風(fēng)電建設(shè)項(xiàng)目中仍然存在許多問(wèn)題,其中最為突出的是施工質(zhì)量問(wèn)題。2015年國(guó)家能源局發(fā)布了《電力建設(shè)工程質(zhì)量專項(xiàng)監(jiān)管報(bào)告》,特別指出風(fēng)電建設(shè)項(xiàng)目存在著嚴(yán)重的質(zhì)量管理問(wèn)題。雖然政府和社會(huì)對(duì)于電力建設(shè)項(xiàng)目施工質(zhì)量非常重視,但是實(shí)際項(xiàng)目中使用的質(zhì)量管理手段和方法還比較落后,尤其是在信息技術(shù)的應(yīng)用方面。BIM(建筑信息模型)和RFID(無(wú)線射頻識(shí)別)技術(shù)是目前最為流行的進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)采集、處理和表現(xiàn)的信息技術(shù)手段。BIM作為一種新型技術(shù),主要應(yīng)用于民用建筑協(xié)同設(shè)計(jì)、施工管理和設(shè)備管理中,適用于對(duì)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行全生命周期管理。RFID作為一種較為成熟的技術(shù),已經(jīng)廣泛應(yīng)用在物資供應(yīng)鏈管理、存儲(chǔ)管理和身份識(shí)別等領(lǐng)域,在建筑行業(yè)中主要用于對(duì)構(gòu)件的識(shí)別、跟蹤、導(dǎo)航和監(jiān)控。本文嘗試將BIM和RFID技術(shù)結(jié)合應(yīng)用在風(fēng)電建設(shè)項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理工作中,首先通過(guò)分析相關(guān)的國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀發(fā)現(xiàn)對(duì)于風(fēng)電建設(shè)項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理問(wèn)題缺乏系統(tǒng)性的研究;其次通過(guò)闡述和分析風(fēng)電建設(shè)項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理的理論基礎(chǔ)和技術(shù)基礎(chǔ)論證了BIM和RFID技術(shù)適用于對(duì)風(fēng)電建設(shè)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行質(zhì)量管理;再次從系統(tǒng)分析、系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)和模塊搭建等幾個(gè)方面構(gòu)建出質(zhì)量管理系統(tǒng),并且詳細(xì)分析了模塊的組成要素和結(jié)構(gòu)功能;最后在風(fēng)電場(chǎng)案例分析中使用該質(zhì)量管理系統(tǒng),提出了具體的應(yīng)用方案,評(píng)價(jià)了系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用的效果,并且給出了應(yīng)用建議。通過(guò)理論和實(shí)例研究驗(yàn)證了BIM和RFID技術(shù)在風(fēng)電建設(shè)項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理工作中應(yīng)用的有效性。本文為風(fēng)電建設(shè)項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理研究提供了新的研究視角和方法,研究成果有利于提升風(fēng)電建設(shè)項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理水平,降低質(zhì)量事故發(fā)生的可能性,同時(shí)可以為項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理、安全管理和維護(hù)管理等工作提供借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:The development of electric power engineering construction industry has been attached great importance to by the state and government, and wind power, as a new energy source, has become the key development object of the 13th Five-Year Plan of electric power. However, there are still many problems in wind power construction projects. In 2015, the State Energy Administration issued the Special Supervision report on the quality of Electric Power Construction projects, especially pointed out that there are serious quality management problems in wind power construction projects. Although the government and society attach great importance to the construction quality of electric power construction projects, the means and methods of quality management used in actual projects are relatively backward. Especially in the application of information technology. BIM (Building Information Model) and RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) technology is the most popular data acquisition, processing and performance of information technology means. BIM as a new technology, It is mainly used in the collaborative design, construction management and equipment management of civil buildings. As a mature technology, RFID has been widely used in the material supply chain management. Storage management and identity recognition are mainly used in the construction industry to identify, track, navigate and monitor components. This paper attempts to combine BIM and RFID technology in the quality management of wind power construction projects. Firstly, through the analysis of the domestic and foreign research situation, it is found that there is no systematic research on the quality management of wind power construction projects. Secondly, through expounding and analyzing the theoretical and technical basis of wind power construction project quality management, the paper demonstrates that BIM and RFID technology is suitable for wind power construction project quality management. The quality management system is constructed in several aspects, such as system design and module building, and the component elements and structural functions of the module are analyzed in detail. Finally, the quality management system is used in the case analysis of wind farm, and the concrete application scheme is put forward. The application effect of the system is evaluated, and the application suggestions are given. The effectiveness of the application of BIM and RFID technology in the quality management of wind power construction project is verified by theoretical and practical research. This paper provides a new research perspective and method for the research of wind power construction project quality management. The research results are helpful to improve the level of wind power construction project quality management, reduce the possibility of quality accidents, and at the same time, can be used for project schedule management. Safety management and maintenance management and other work to provide reference.
