【摘要】:天然氣集氣站作為天然氣開發(fā)的上游設(shè)施,集氣站的建設(shè)速度直接影響到整個天然氣開發(fā)速度。同時,集氣站屬于高壓、高危、易燃易爆場所,質(zhì)量安全管理要求較高,站內(nèi)工藝流程緊湊、交叉工序較多、非標(biāo)件占比高,這些因素都不同程度上制約了建設(shè)的速度,對集氣站工程進(jìn)度管理提出了更高的要求。在工程施工過程中進(jìn)行控制和管理是有效的項目進(jìn)度管理關(guān)鍵所在,在正式施工前做好充分的準(zhǔn)備,制定出科學(xué)合理的進(jìn)度計劃,在施工中實(shí)時督促施工單位嚴(yán)格按照進(jìn)度計劃要求施工,只有這樣才能讓工程按時完成竣工驗收,避免因延誤工期給各方造成經(jīng)濟(jì)損失。文章采用了查閱文獻(xiàn)、實(shí)地調(diào)研和系統(tǒng)歸納與推理演繹等研究方法,分析和對比了國內(nèi)外主要的進(jìn)度管理理論,總結(jié)不同理論的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)和適用性,并結(jié)合國內(nèi)現(xiàn)狀和建設(shè)實(shí)際優(yōu)選及施工進(jìn)度管理理論,在實(shí)際工作經(jīng)驗和工程進(jìn)度控制基本理論研究的基礎(chǔ)上,采用事前、事中、事后的方案,對全過程予以定期觀測及控制,研究分析集氣站施工進(jìn)度的影響因素,通過實(shí)際進(jìn)度與計劃進(jìn)度的對比,發(fā)現(xiàn)偏差原因所在。針對影響項目進(jìn)度的問題,采取了優(yōu)化項目進(jìn)度控制的科學(xué)方法、加強(qiáng)項目進(jìn)度控制的組織管理,強(qiáng)化項目進(jìn)度控制的質(zhì)量監(jiān)督,優(yōu)化項目進(jìn)度控制的材料配置等對策,調(diào)整偏差、控制進(jìn)度,保障項目順利實(shí)施。文章認(rèn)為對負(fù)責(zé)集氣站建設(shè)項目的項目管理者來說,結(jié)合甘特圖、全程控制、定期檢測等多種方法及加強(qiáng)組織管理、強(qiáng)化質(zhì)量監(jiān)督、優(yōu)化材料配置等對策結(jié)合的方法來進(jìn)行項目進(jìn)度控制是可行的有效的。希望文章能為同類建筑項目管理者提供有效參考。
[Abstract]:As the upstream facility of natural gas development, the construction speed of gas gathering station has a direct impact on the whole natural gas development speed. At the same time, the gas collecting station belongs to high pressure, high risk, flammable and explosive place, high quality and safety management requirements, compact technological process in the station, more cross-working procedures and high proportion of non-standard parts. These factors all restrict the speed of construction in varying degrees. Higher requirements for project schedule management of gas collection station are put forward. Control and management in the process of construction is the key to effective project schedule management. In the process of construction, the construction unit is urged to carry out the construction strictly according to the schedule, only in this way can the project be completed and accepted on time, and the economic loss caused by the delay in the construction period can be avoided. This paper analyzes and compares the main progress management theories at home and abroad, summarizes the advantages and disadvantages and the applicability of different theories by using the methods of literature review, field investigation and systematic induction and deduction. Combined with the theory of optimal selection and construction schedule management in China, and on the basis of the research on the basic theory of practical work experience and engineering schedule control, the whole process is observed and controlled periodically by adopting the plan of advance, event and afterwards. The influence factors of construction schedule of gas collecting station are studied and analyzed. Through the comparison between actual progress and planned progress, the cause of deviation is found. In view of the problems affecting the progress of the project, the scientific methods of optimizing the project schedule control, strengthening the organization and management of the project schedule control, strengthening the quality supervision of the project schedule control and optimizing the material allocation of the project schedule control are adopted. Adjust the deviation, control the progress and ensure the smooth implementation of the project. For the project manager in charge of the gas gathering station construction project, the paper thinks that combining with Gantt chart, whole process control, regular inspection and so on, we should strengthen the organization management and strengthen the quality supervision. It is feasible and effective to combine the methods of optimizing material allocation and other countermeasures to control the project schedule. Hope the article can provide effective reference for the similar construction project manager.
