【摘要】：在短時(shí)間內(nèi)以最小的擾動(dòng)控制由于相鄰基坑開(kāi)挖引起的周邊建筑物沉降是基坑周?chē)h(huán)境保護(hù)首要解決的問(wèn)題之一。介紹了一個(gè)減小基坑開(kāi)挖對(duì)周?chē)h(huán)境的影響實(shí)例,案例中對(duì)房屋基礎(chǔ)采用改性聚酯注漿進(jìn)行主動(dòng)加固,設(shè)置隔離樁,在被動(dòng)區(qū)壓密注漿,增加淺層地基的承載能力和抗變形能力,減少基坑開(kāi)挖對(duì)房屋的影響。改性聚酯注漿已被國(guó)內(nèi)外廣泛用作改善淺層地基和提升地面結(jié)構(gòu)的有效方法。詳細(xì)介紹了使用改性聚酯注漿材料的特點(diǎn)和采用該工藝進(jìn)行房屋基礎(chǔ)加固和沉降控制的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)。案例中,建筑物距離基坑開(kāi)挖邊線(xiàn)最近僅1.3 m,在不同階段采用了改性聚酯注漿和跟蹤注漿,提高了地基承載能力和變形能力。監(jiān)測(cè)結(jié)果顯示,房屋加固效果良好,沉降得到了有效控制。
[Abstract]:To control the settlement of surrounding buildings caused by adjacent excavation in a short period of time with minimal disturbance is one of the most important problems to be solved in the protection of the surrounding environment of the foundation pit. An example of reducing the influence of foundation pit excavation on the surrounding environment is introduced. In the case, the modified polyester grouting is used to strengthen the building foundation actively, the isolation pile is set, and the grouting is compacted in the passive zone. Increase the bearing capacity and deformation resistance of shallow foundation, reduce the influence of excavation on the building. Modified polyester grouting has been widely used as an effective method to improve shallow foundation and raise ground structure at home and abroad. The characteristics of modified polyester grouting material and the key technology of building foundation reinforcement and settlement control are introduced in detail. In the case, the building is only 1.3 m from the excavation side line of foundation pit. In different stages, modified polyester grouting and tracking grouting are used to improve the bearing capacity and deformation capacity of the foundation. The monitoring results show that the reinforcement effect is good and the settlement is effectively controlled.
