BIM技術(shù)在某商業(yè)綜合體項(xiàng)目中的應(yīng)用價值研究

【摘要】:BIM技術(shù)作為核心技術(shù)支撐行業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)升級,我國住房和城鄉(xiāng)建設(shè)部從2011年以來已將其作為重點(diǎn)技術(shù)來發(fā)展。近年來,我國工程建設(shè)領(lǐng)域在BIM技術(shù)方面得到了快速發(fā)展,引起了建筑行業(yè)的變革,取得了階段性成果。在傳統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)模式中通過應(yīng)用BIM技術(shù),可以有效提高設(shè)計(jì)質(zhì)量和效率;在施工中進(jìn)行二次深化設(shè)計(jì),無圖化、三維化指導(dǎo)現(xiàn)場施工,把控施工質(zhì)量,提高施工效率;在運(yùn)維中應(yīng)用BIM技術(shù)可以提高建筑的全生命周期的素質(zhì),增強(qiáng)BIM運(yùn)維管理能力。BIM技術(shù)還有助于更快、更好、更經(jīng)濟(jì)地促使項(xiàng)目交付使用。然而,BIM技術(shù)在商業(yè)綜合體中的應(yīng)用、推廣還有很大的阻礙,應(yīng)用后價值評價還不完善。本文根據(jù)BIM技術(shù)在某商業(yè)綜合體項(xiàng)目中落地應(yīng)用的實(shí)際情況,研究BIM技術(shù)應(yīng)用后的的價值情況,主要進(jìn)行了以下工作:(1)以項(xiàng)目前期設(shè)計(jì)咨詢過程中的BIM技術(shù)應(yīng)用情況,結(jié)合近年來相關(guān)統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)和有關(guān)專家意見,研究項(xiàng)目在設(shè)計(jì)咨詢過程中BIM技術(shù)應(yīng)用障礙,并給出相應(yīng)的解決措施,以有效提高BIM技術(shù)的應(yīng)用價值;(2)分析BIM技術(shù)在項(xiàng)目施工的應(yīng)用過程,根據(jù)項(xiàng)目實(shí)施過程中遇到的問題給出BIM解決方案,實(shí)現(xiàn)應(yīng)用價值;(3)針對此項(xiàng)目在設(shè)計(jì)咨詢和施工中的應(yīng)用情況,利用層次分析法建立BIM應(yīng)用價值評價體系,構(gòu)建模糊綜合評價模型,對BIM應(yīng)用價值進(jìn)行科學(xué)評價與分析。BIM技術(shù)應(yīng)用價值研究分析,可以在類似工程施工的BIM技術(shù)應(yīng)用中起到了參考、借鑒的作用,有助于推動BIM技術(shù)在我國建筑領(lǐng)域的更深、更廣的應(yīng)用。本文通過對鄭州市某商業(yè)綜合體項(xiàng)目中的BIM應(yīng)用價值分析,主要得出的結(jié)論有:(1)項(xiàng)目在BIM應(yīng)用技術(shù)后,組織管理目標(biāo)、產(chǎn)品目標(biāo)、戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)均達(dá)到了預(yù)期效果,值得肯定;(2)各項(xiàng)目標(biāo)還有一定的提升空間,尤其是組織管理目標(biāo)的提升空間較大;(3)戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)的價值在整個項(xiàng)目實(shí)施工程中得到了明顯提升,這一目標(biāo)價值的提升為BIM技術(shù)的推廣應(yīng)用起到了很大的促進(jìn)作用。
[Abstract]:BIM technology as the core technology to support the industrial upgrading, China's Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Construction since 2011 as a key technology to develop. In recent years, the BIM technology in the field of engineering construction in China has been developed rapidly, which has caused the transformation of the construction industry, and has achieved the periodic results. Through the application of BIM technology in the traditional design mode, the design quality and efficiency can be improved effectively, the second deepening design is carried out in construction, the construction is guided by three dimensions, the construction quality is controlled, and the construction efficiency is improved. The application of BIM technology in operation and maintenance can improve the quality of the whole life cycle of the building, and enhance the ability of BIM operation and maintenance management. It is also helpful to promote the project to be put into use more quickly, better and more economically. However, the application of BIM technology in commercial complex is still a big obstacle, and the value evaluation after application is not perfect. According to the actual application of BIM technology in a commercial complex project, this paper studies the value of the application of BIM technology, and mainly carries out the following work: 1) the application of BIM technology in the early stage design consultation process of the project. Combining with the relevant statistical data and expert opinions in recent years, this paper studies the obstacles in the application of BIM technology in the process of design consultation, and puts forward the corresponding solutions. In order to improve the application value of BIM technology effectively, the application process of BIM technology in project construction is analyzed, and the solution of BIM is given according to the problems encountered in the implementation of the project. In view of the application of this project in design consultation and construction, the application value evaluation system of BIM is established by AHP, and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is constructed. The scientific evaluation and analysis of the application value of BIM. The research and analysis of the application value of BIM technology can play a reference role in the application of BIM technology in similar engineering construction, which is helpful to promote the further development of BIM technology in the field of construction in our country. Wider application. By analyzing the application value of BIM in a commercial complex project in Zhengzhou City, this paper draws a conclusion that the organization management goal, product goal and strategic goal of the project have achieved the expected effect after the application of BIM technology. It is worth affirming that there is still room for improvement in the various objectives, especially in the larger space for the promotion of organizational management objectives) the value of the strategic objectives has been significantly enhanced in the implementation of the project as a whole. The promotion of this goal value has played a great role in promoting the popularization and application of BIM technology.
