【摘要】：嶺南新世界三區(qū)項(xiàng)目電影院鋼梁跨度為28m,單榀鋼梁重20t,跨度方向高低差2m,施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)布置2臺(tái)ST7015塔式起重機(jī),無法滿足鋼梁吊裝需求。介紹了一種基于有限施工空間下的鋼梁不等高滑移施工技術(shù),該技術(shù)能有效地解決既有塔式起重機(jī)起重能力有限和現(xiàn)場(chǎng)不具備大型吊裝設(shè)備進(jìn)場(chǎng)的問題,保障了超重鋼梁施工安全,并使其施工成本得到有效降低。
[Abstract]:The span of cinema steel beam in Lingnan New World three area Project is 28m, the weight of single steel beam is 20t, and the direction of span is 2m. Two ST7015 tower cranes are arranged on the construction site, which can not meet the demand of steel beam hoisting. This paper introduces a construction technology of steel beam with different height slip based on finite construction space. The technology can effectively solve the problems of limited lifting capacity of existing tower crane and lack of large hoisting equipment in the field. The construction safety of overweight steel beam is guaranteed and the construction cost is reduced effectively.
