【摘要】：對位于城市中心區(qū)域的工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)的改造和再利用是當(dāng)今城市發(fā)展必須思考的問題,我們應(yīng)該如何避免對現(xiàn)存老建筑進(jìn)行大拆大建的這種造成建筑資源嚴(yán)重浪費的做法?如何做到既保護(hù)和延續(xù)城市的歷史文脈又賦予老建筑新的功能?這些問題已經(jīng)成為了城市更新過程中亟待解決的矛盾。位于城市中心區(qū)域的工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)作為城市工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)區(qū)域分布中的一種類型,具有一個十分有趣的特征:某一工業(yè)建筑單體或工業(yè)區(qū)在規(guī)劃初期可能位于城市的邊緣地區(qū),但是隨著時間的推移和城市規(guī)模的不斷擴(kuò)大,它漸漸的變成了城市中心區(qū)域的一部分,在失去了原有的工業(yè)生產(chǎn)功能后,工業(yè)區(qū)普遍龐大的建筑體量在寸土寸金的城市中心區(qū)域顯得尤為珍貴,因此,對他們進(jìn)行合理的更新和再利用就顯得非常迫切。整篇論文分五章來研究位于城市中心區(qū)域的工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)的空間置換:第一章為提出問題的部分,主要對工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)的相關(guān)概念做出了分類與界定,并將研究重心集中在當(dāng)代位于城市中心區(qū)域的工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)建筑的空間置換上,確定了研究的目的、意義以及結(jié)構(gòu)框架,并對目前關(guān)于城市工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)更新改造的相關(guān)理論做出了整理。第二、三章為分析問題部分,這部分首先將位于城市中心區(qū)域的工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)從形成過程、構(gòu)成特點等方面進(jìn)行解析,其次是對它的空間置換價值和更新設(shè)計中的相關(guān)影響因素進(jìn)行分類解釋。然后對國內(nèi)外相關(guān)的改造案例進(jìn)行實地調(diào)研,最后分析整理出此類工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)空間置換的發(fā)展趨勢、更新原則和改造策略。第四章為解決問題部分,從空間構(gòu)成要素和空間單元形式的角度來闡述在位于城市中心區(qū)域的工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)中進(jìn)行空間置換的要點和方法。第五章是理論聯(lián)系實際的部分,結(jié)合具體設(shè)計對前文理論進(jìn)行進(jìn)一步的補(bǔ)充和印證,說明對此類工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)進(jìn)行空間置換的思路與特點。最后部分是全文的結(jié)語以及對未來的展望。
[Abstract]:The reconstruction and reuse of the industrial heritage in the urban center area is a problem that must be considered in the urban development nowadays. How should we avoid the serious waste of the building resources caused by the large-scale demolition and construction of the existing old buildings? How to protect and extend the historical context of the city and give new functions to the old buildings? These problems have become an urgent contradiction in the process of urban renewal. Industrial heritage in urban centres, as a type of distribution of urban industrial heritage, has a very interesting feature: an industrial building unit or industrial zone may be located on the edge of the city in the early stages of planning, But with the passage of time and the continuous expansion of the city scale, it gradually became a part of the urban central area, after losing the original industrial production function, The huge building volume of industrial area is very precious in the urban center area, so it is urgent to renew and reuse them reasonably. The whole paper is divided into five chapters to study the spatial replacement of industrial heritage in the urban center. The first chapter is the part of the question, which mainly classifies and defines the related concepts of industrial heritage. And the focus of the study is on the space replacement of the industrial heritage buildings located in the urban center, and the purpose, significance and structural framework of the research are determined. And the related theories about the urban industrial heritage renewal and transformation are sorted out at present. The second and third chapters are the analysis of the problem. This part first analyzes the industrial heritage located in the urban center from the aspects of formation process, composition characteristics and so on. Secondly, it explains the value of space replacement and the related factors in updating design. Then it carries on the field investigation to the domestic and foreign related transformation case, finally analyzes and sorts out the development trend, the renewal principle and the transformation strategy of this kind of industrial heritage space replacement. In the fourth chapter, the main points and methods of space replacement in the industrial heritage located in the urban center area are discussed from the angle of spatial elements and spatial unit form. The fifth chapter is the part of combining theory with practice, combining with the concrete design to further supplement and confirm the previous theory, to explain the ideas and characteristics of the space replacement of this kind of industrial heritage. The last part is the conclusion of the full text and the outlook for the future.
