室內智能綠植產品的模塊化設計與研究

【摘要】:現代工業(yè)高度發(fā)展,帶來經濟騰飛的同時,環(huán)境污染、大氣污染嚴重影響到人們的日常生活,室內環(huán)境作為最后一片凈土,關乎著人們基本的生存質量。綠植產品因為價格低廉、效果明顯被大多數人用來凈化室內環(huán)境。近些年隨著工業(yè)4.0的推進,物聯技術滲透到了綠植產品中,各種高端智能綠植產品不斷推向市場,但往往曲高和寡,其產品在設計上的欠缺值得我們深思。本文以室內智能綠植產品模塊化設計作為切入點,對現有的智能綠植設施、產品進行研究。以現有的產品功能和結構作為參考,在產品設計中保持室內綠植產品應該具備的功能和特性,從用戶需求、放置環(huán)境、功能模塊、結構模塊、材料選擇、植物選擇等要素入手,探索室內模塊化智能綠植產品設計的方法和途徑。本文總結了國內外智能綠植產品從起源到現在的整個發(fā)展特點,對智能綠植產品涉及到的相關科學技術、應用專利和功能結構進行了比較全面的研究和分析,并且通過商場以及各大電商平臺,對相關智能綠植產品從價格、銷量再到外觀、功能、結構和使用場所進行了深入的調查和研究。與此同時,針對原型設計的功能實現和對應的電子元器件的應用也進行了深入的研究和制作,對現有模塊化產品設計的方法與步驟進行了專門的學習和研究,初步掌握了模塊化設計的設計理念和基本步驟,分析了智能綠植產品的功能域和結構域,并將功能模塊和結構模塊進行各自整合。最后,根據用戶的需求和室內環(huán)境的特性,總結出室內智能綠植產品的必要功能,利用模塊化設計方法,對智能綠植產品功能和結構進一步優(yōu)化設計,在實現智能控制功能的基礎上,利用模塊化的設計達到產品多功能、隨需要自由組合的目的,提出了最終的設計方案,并展望了今后模塊化設計在智能綠植產品領域的發(fā)展趨勢。
[Abstract]:With the high development of modern industry and economic take-off, environmental pollution and air pollution seriously affect people's daily life. Indoor environment, as the last piece of pure land, is related to people's basic quality of life. Green plant products because of the low price, the effect is obviously used by most people to purify the indoor environment. In recent years, with the promotion of industry 4.0, the technology of WFC has penetrated into the green plant products, and various high-end intelligent green plant products have been introduced to the market constantly, but they are often high and low. The lack of design of their products is worth our deep thinking. In this paper, the modular design of indoor intelligent green plant products is taken as the breakthrough point, and the existing intelligent green plant facilities and products are studied. Taking the existing product function and structure as reference, and keeping the functions and characteristics of indoor green plant products in product design, starting with user requirements, placement environment, functional modules, structural modules, material selection, plant selection and other elements, To explore the methods and approaches of indoor modular intelligent green plant product design. This paper summarizes the whole development characteristics of intelligent green plant products at home and abroad from the origin to the present, and makes a relatively comprehensive research and analysis on the related science and technology, application patents and functional structure of intelligent green plant products. And through shopping malls and major e-commerce platforms, the related intelligent green plant products from price, sales volume to appearance, function, structure and use of the site for in-depth investigation and research. At the same time, the function realization of the prototype design and the application of the corresponding electronic components have also been deeply studied and manufactured, and the existing methods and steps of modular product design have been studied and studied specially. The design concept and basic steps of modular design are preliminarily grasped, and the functional and structural domains of intelligent green plant products are analyzed, and the functional modules and structural modules are integrated respectively. Finally, according to the needs of users and the characteristics of indoor environment, the necessary functions of indoor intelligent green plant products are summarized, and the function and structure of intelligent green plant products are further optimized by modular design method. Based on the realization of intelligent control function, the final design scheme is put forward by using modular design to achieve the purpose of product multi-function and free combination according to the need. The development trend of modular design in the field of intelligent green plant products is prospected.
