滲透結(jié)晶材料對混凝土裂縫自愈合的影響

【摘要】:通過在純水泥混凝土和粉煤灰、礦粉混凝土中摻入滲透結(jié)晶材料制備不同混凝土,同時(shí)制備基準(zhǔn)混凝土,分別采用裂縫深度觀測、強(qiáng)度恢復(fù)測試、抗?jié)B恢復(fù)測試研究滲透結(jié)晶材料對混凝土裂縫自愈合的影響,并采用SEMEDS分析愈合產(chǎn)物。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,滲透結(jié)晶材料可以顯著改善混凝土的裂縫自愈合效果,降低開裂混凝土裂縫深度,提高混凝土強(qiáng)度恢復(fù)率和抗?jié)B恢復(fù)率。對于摻滲透結(jié)晶材料的粉煤灰、礦粉混凝土,裂縫自愈合效果更優(yōu)。滲透結(jié)晶材料促進(jìn)了水化硅鋁酸鈣在裂縫處的生成和富集,從而起到促進(jìn)裂縫自愈合的作用。
[Abstract]:Different kinds of concrete were prepared by adding permeable crystalline materials into pure cement concrete, fly ash and mineral powder concrete, and benchmark concrete was prepared at the same time. Crack depth observation and strength recovery test were used respectively. The effect of permeable crystalline materials on the self-healing of concrete cracks was studied by anti-seepage recovery test, and the healing products were analyzed by SEMEDS. The experimental results show that the permeable crystalline material can significantly improve the self-healing effect of concrete cracks, reduce the crack depth of cracked concrete, and improve the recovery rate of strength and impermeability of concrete. The effect of crack self-healing is better for fly ash and mineral powder concrete mixed with permeable crystalline material. The permeable crystalline material promotes the formation and enrichment of calcium silicate hydrate at the fracture, thus promoting the self-healing of the fracture.
