【摘要】：高層建筑作為應對城市人口和經濟增長的重要手段,是世界性城市發(fā)展的必然趨勢之一。高層建筑的空間分布與高度控制對城市景觀有顯著影響,是城市景觀控制的重要方面。本文以倫敦市為例,總結了高層建筑控制相關政策的發(fā)展歷程,并從區(qū)域控制、天際輪廓線和景觀保護區(qū)三個方面詳細介紹了高層建筑的控制內容和方法,同時以讓·努維爾(Jean Nouvel)設計的新交易港一號(One New Change)商場為例進一步說明。最后,文章討論了英國城市景觀中的高層建筑控制對我國的啟示。
[Abstract]:As an important means to cope with urban population and economic growth, high-rise building is one of the inevitable trends of world urban development. Spatial distribution and height control of high-rise buildings have a significant impact on urban landscape, which is an important aspect of urban landscape control. Taking the city of London as an example, this paper summarizes the development course of the related policies of high-rise building control, and introduces in detail the control contents and methods of high-rise building from three aspects: regional control, skyline contour and landscape protection area. At the same time, take Jean Nouvell's new trading port, one New change, as an example. Finally, the paper discusses the inspiration of high-rise building control in British urban landscape.
