【摘要】：城市街旁綠地是城市中分布最為廣泛,也是市民日常接觸時(shí)間最長(zhǎng)的綠地類型。近期,城市因擴(kuò)展迅速而導(dǎo)致用地不足,引發(fā)了市民對(duì)此類社會(huì)現(xiàn)象的關(guān)注以及對(duì)現(xiàn)有利用率不高、功能不合理或廢棄的建筑進(jìn)行改造與優(yōu)化的熱潮。與此相比,城市街旁綠地景觀則表現(xiàn)為場(chǎng)地狀態(tài)常年不變、內(nèi)部多處空間空置、人氣低迷的狀態(tài),綠地使用尚未得社會(huì)充分的重視。此外,綠地使用后評(píng)價(jià)研究還處于初級(jí)階段,僅依循于建筑使用后評(píng)價(jià)理論,并未形成獨(dú)立的綠地評(píng)價(jià)體系。鎮(zhèn)江城市街旁綠地多隨著鎮(zhèn)江城區(qū)發(fā)展規(guī)劃而發(fā)生數(shù)量、地塊面積、形式上的改變,少數(shù)新的綠地區(qū)域多是因后期城市道路改道或局部房屋拆遷而出現(xiàn)。后期形成的街旁綠地基本處于居民社區(qū)附近,而商業(yè)區(qū)中綠地面積除因道路擴(kuò)建或改道外很少會(huì)有大幅度變化。通過對(duì)鎮(zhèn)江六處城市街旁綠地的內(nèi)外環(huán)境、綠地中空間行為流線、景觀元素等研究分析后得出綠地內(nèi)部自由程度、風(fēng)格差異、內(nèi)部元素構(gòu)成;綠地大致形態(tài)、色彩、質(zhì)地、尺度;以及場(chǎng)地外建筑、道路與綠地之間的關(guān)系等。首先,初步設(shè)定鎮(zhèn)江城市街旁綠地使用后評(píng)價(jià)程序,歸納出人工設(shè)施、綠化、設(shè)計(jì)美感、空間感知、交通、管理六大一級(jí)評(píng)價(jià)維度因子并從中提取對(duì)應(yīng)的二級(jí)因子以構(gòu)建評(píng)價(jià)模型;其次,利用SPSS數(shù)據(jù)分析軟件賦予選項(xiàng)權(quán)重并統(tǒng)計(jì)李克特量表與開放式評(píng)價(jià)體系問卷中各部分具體數(shù)值。隨后,由SPSS軟件得出鎮(zhèn)江城市街旁綠地使用后綜合評(píng)價(jià)表的信度值與效度值,以求得的百分比數(shù)值確定數(shù)據(jù)是否宜進(jìn)行分析與統(tǒng)計(jì),并用理性數(shù)據(jù)分析元素及其與被調(diào)查者基礎(chǔ)信息的獨(dú)立性。最終將使用后評(píng)價(jià)因子與開放式問題結(jié)果進(jìn)行比較分析,用折線圖、柱狀圖、對(duì)比表格等形式直觀反映鎮(zhèn)江城市街旁綠地凸顯的具體問題并針對(duì)性提出對(duì)應(yīng)解決方案以達(dá)到日后指導(dǎo)街旁綠地優(yōu)化實(shí)踐的目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:Urban street green space is the most widely distributed in the city, and it is also the longest green space type of citizen's daily contact. Recently, due to the rapid expansion of urban land shortage, it has caused the attention of citizens to this kind of social phenomenon, as well as the current utilization rate is not high, the function of unreasonable or abandoned buildings for the transformation and optimization of the upsurge. Compared with this, the green landscape beside the city street shows that the state of the site is constant all year round, the interior space is vacant, the popularity is low, the use of green space has not been paid enough attention by the society. In addition, the post-use evaluation of green space is still in the primary stage, and only follows the theory of post-use evaluation of buildings, and does not form an independent evaluation system of green space. With the development of Zhenjiang urban area, the amount of green space, the area of plot and the change of form, a few new greenbelt areas appear because of the late urban road diversion or partial house demolition. The greenbelt formed in the later stage is located near the residential community, but the green space area in the commercial district rarely changes significantly except for the road expansion or diversion. Through the study and analysis of the inside and outside environment, the spatial behavior streamline and the landscape elements of the green space beside the street in Zhenjiang, it is concluded that the degree of interior freedom, the style difference, the composition of the inner elements, the general form, the color, the texture of the green space, etc. Scale; and the relationship between buildings, roads and green spaces outside the site. First of all, we initially set up a post-evaluation procedure for the use of green spaces beside the streets of Zhenjiang, and concluded that artificial facilities, greening, aesthetic design, spatial perception, traffic, Manage the six primary evaluation dimension factors and extract the corresponding secondary factors to construct the evaluation model. Secondly, use the SPSS data analysis software to give the option weight and statistics the specific values of each part of the Richter scale and the open evaluation system questionnaire. Then, the reliability and validity of the comprehensive evaluation table after the use of green space beside the street of Zhenjiang were obtained by SPSS software, and the percentage values obtained were used to determine whether the data was suitable for analysis and statistics. And rational data analysis elements and their independence with the basic information of the respondents. Finally, we will use the post-evaluation factor to compare the results of the open problem, using the broken line diagram, histogram, The contrast table and other forms can directly reflect the concrete problems of the green space along the street side of Zhenjiang city and put forward corresponding solutions in order to achieve the goal of guiding the optimization practice of the green space beside the street in the future.
