菌液注射方式對微生物固化砂土動力特性影響試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:微生物固化技術(shù)是近年來巖土工程領(lǐng)域興起的一種新型環(huán)保地基處理技術(shù),該技術(shù)通過向待固化土體內(nèi)注入細(xì)菌,利用細(xì)菌水解尿素,并在引入鈣源的條件下,誘導(dǎo)產(chǎn)生碳酸鈣晶體以膠結(jié)松散土顆粒。在微生物固化過程中,碳酸鈣晶體分布的均勻性是目前該技術(shù)研究的熱點(diǎn)之一。文中嘗試通過在純菌液中引入0.05 mol/L氯化鈣溶液(稱為混合菌液)對細(xì)菌分布進(jìn)行人為干預(yù),并基于動三軸試驗(yàn)及掃描電鏡測試,對比分析了純/混菌液、混合菌液及傳統(tǒng)純菌液等注射方式對微生物固化砂土動力特性的影響。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:純/混菌液注射方式能有效提高微生物固化砂土中碳酸鈣晶體分布的均勻性,從而獲得碳酸鈣含量較高、動彈性模量較大及耗能能力較強(qiáng)的微生物固化砂土。
[Abstract]:Microbial solidification technology is a new kind of environmental protection foundation treatment technology in recent years in the field of geotechnical engineering. By injecting bacteria into the soil to be solidified, bacteria hydrolyze urea and introduce calcium source. The formation of calcium carbonate crystals to cement loose soil particles. In the process of microbial solidification, the uniformity of calcium carbonate crystal distribution is one of the hotspots of this technology. This paper attempts to introduce 0.05 mol/L calcium chloride solution (called mixed bacterial solution) into the pure bacteria solution to interfere with the distribution of bacteria artificially. Based on the dynamic triaxial test and scanning electron microscope test, the pure / mixed bacteria solution is compared and analyzed. The effect of mixed bacteria solution and traditional pure bacteria solution on the dynamic characteristics of microorganism solidified sand soil. The results show that the injection of pure / mixed bacteria solution can effectively improve the uniformity of calcium carbonate crystal distribution in microbial solidified sandy soil, and obtain the microorganism solidified sand soil with higher content of calcium carbonate, larger dynamic modulus of elasticity and stronger energy dissipation ability.
