【摘要】：伴隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的發(fā)展,我國(guó)的城市規(guī)模呈現(xiàn)出超常規(guī)的擴(kuò)張態(tài)勢(shì),而作為城市生命保障關(guān)鍵的水工程建設(shè)相對(duì)滯后,功能缺失嚴(yán)重。擬從維護(hù)城市健康生命,延長(zhǎng)城市生命周期的視角,用社會(huì)調(diào)查、統(tǒng)計(jì)分析、城市規(guī)劃、經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)分析等方法,以濟(jì)南市為例,分析了當(dāng)前城市水工程系統(tǒng)功能的現(xiàn)狀,建立了城市水工程系統(tǒng)功能再造的效益分析模型,進(jìn)而對(duì)城市水工程系統(tǒng)功能再造提出了對(duì)策建議,促使經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的進(jìn)步與水環(huán)境及水資源承載能力相適應(yīng)。
[Abstract]:Along with the development of economy and society , the city scale of our country presents the supernormal expansion situation , and the water engineering construction as the key to the urban life guarantee is relatively late , and the function is missing . The present situation of the function of the urban water engineering system is analyzed , the benefit analysis model of the function reconstruction of the urban water engineering system is established , and the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for the function reengineering of the urban water engineering system , and the progress of the economic society is promoted and the water environment and the water resource carrying capacity are adapted .
