【摘要】：優(yōu)秀的建筑文化元素是時(shí)代的產(chǎn)物,反映一個(gè)地區(qū)、民族乃至一個(gè)國家在該時(shí)代社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)和文化的內(nèi)涵。南國商都,必有良宅。而在社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展飛快下具有價(jià)值性的西關(guān)大屋已所剩無幾,因此對(duì)西關(guān)大屋建筑文化的傳承與保護(hù)是我們當(dāng)務(wù)之急的任務(wù)。此外,現(xiàn)代餐飲空間設(shè)計(jì)受到西歐室內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)風(fēng)格的影響,使餐飲空間趨于現(xiàn)代化與簡約化而失去地域文化特色。另外,人們對(duì)餐飲空間的要求逐漸提高,要滿足消費(fèi)者的新穎、獨(dú)特心理感受和體驗(yàn)性是餐飲空間發(fā)展的趨勢。本課題基于廣州市增城區(qū)派潭鎮(zhèn)“西關(guān)粵菜館”的實(shí)際項(xiàng)目,根據(jù)客戶的要求,并以嶺南建筑裝飾風(fēng)格作為研究背景,該項(xiàng)目要求以西關(guān)大屋建筑裝飾元素為主要設(shè)計(jì)內(nèi)容。在項(xiàng)目實(shí)施過程中對(duì)廣州現(xiàn)有西關(guān)風(fēng)格的餐飲空間進(jìn)行調(diào)研,發(fā)現(xiàn)餐飲空間在設(shè)計(jì)上所體現(xiàn)獨(dú)特的文化內(nèi)涵與主題氛圍存在不足。為了更好地將西關(guān)大屋建筑裝飾元素與餐飲空間融合,課題通過對(duì)西關(guān)大屋建筑裝飾元素進(jìn)行比較分析與研究,從西關(guān)大屋建筑裝飾中精選了隔扇門、滿洲窗、瓷鼓等作為研究對(duì)象,探究其主要特征和文化內(nèi)涵,并從造型、材料、色彩三方面上進(jìn)行了創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì),運(yùn)用于餐飲空間設(shè)計(jì)中,實(shí)現(xiàn)了傳承與保護(hù)傳統(tǒng)文化的精髓與現(xiàn)代設(shè)計(jì)理念相結(jié)合。同時(shí),為餐飲空間的品牌個(gè)性尋找了指引的方向,滿足消費(fèi)者的心理感受。最后通過餐飲空間實(shí)際項(xiàng)目來展現(xiàn)西關(guān)大屋建筑裝飾元素在室內(nèi)空間中的設(shè)計(jì)與運(yùn)用,從項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)上充分體現(xiàn)了西關(guān)大屋文化內(nèi)涵,打造了具有嶺南特色文化的餐飲空間。
[Abstract]:Excellent architectural cultural elements are the products of the times, reflecting the social, economic and cultural connotations of a region, a nation or even a country in that era. The Shang capital of the South country must have a good house. In the rapid social and economic development of the value of the Xiguan House has little left, so it is our urgent task to inherit and protect the Xiguan House architectural culture. In addition, the modern dining space design is influenced by the interior design style of Western Europe, which makes the dining space tend to be modernized and simplified and lose the regional cultural characteristics. In addition, people's demand for catering space gradually increased, to meet the new consumers, unique psychological feelings and experience is the trend of the development of catering space. Based on the actual project of "Xiguan Guangdong Restaurant" in Pitan Town, Zengcheng District, Guangzhou, according to the requirements of customers, and taking Lingnan architectural decoration style as the research background, the project requires the main design content of the architectural decoration elements of Xiguan House. In the process of implementation of the project, the existing restaurant space of Xiguan style in Guangzhou is investigated, and it is found that the unique cultural connotation and thematic atmosphere embodied in the design of the dining space are insufficient. In order to better integrate the decoration elements of Xiguan House with the dining space, the subject makes a comparative analysis and research on the decoration elements of Xiguan House, and selects the diaphragm door and Manchuria window from the decoration of Xiguan House. As the object of study, the paper explores its main characteristics and cultural connotations, and innovates its design from the aspects of shape, material and color, and applies it to the design of dining space. The essence of heritage and protection of traditional culture is combined with modern design idea. At the same time, for the catering space brand personality to find the direction of guidance, to meet the psychological feelings of consumers. Finally through the actual project of catering space to show the design and application of architectural decoration elements of Xiguan House in indoor space, from the project design fully reflects the cultural connotation of Xiguan House, and creates the dining space with Lingnan characteristic culture.
