波形鋼腹板導梁局部承壓的加強構造與試驗

【摘要】:直接使用組合梁中的波形腹板鋼梁作為頂推導梁,在局部壓力作用下鋼梁的承載力較弱,而且鋼梁與橋梁支座之間存在間隙,為此提出提高波形腹板鋼導梁局部承壓的加強構造。為進一步研究波形鋼腹板導梁在承受局部壓力作用時的受力特性,設計制作3組縮尺模型試驗,測試了不同加強構造下導梁在局部壓力作用下破壞形態(tài)和極限承載力。研究表明:試件破壞形態(tài)均為支座范圍內(nèi)波形腹板局部壓潰,設置鋼靴能夠明顯提高波形腹板導梁的局部承壓性能和結構延性,特別是設置箱形鋼靴的效果要優(yōu)于工字形鋼靴,二者分別使導梁極限承載力提高了58%和12%。
[Abstract]:When the corrugated web steel beam in the composite beam is directly used as the top derivation beam, the bearing capacity of the steel beam is weak under the action of local pressure, and there is a gap between the steel beam and the bridge support. For this reason, a strengthening structure is proposed to improve the local bearing pressure of the corrugated web steel guide beam. In order to further study the mechanical characteristics of the guide beam of corrugated steel web under local pressure, three groups of scale model tests were designed and made to test the failure pattern and ultimate bearing capacity of guide beam under local pressure under different reinforced structures. The results show that the failure pattern of the specimens is local collapse of the corrugated web in the support range, and the local bearing capacity and the structural ductility of the guide beam of the corrugated web can be obviously improved by setting the steel boot, especially the effect of setting the box steel boot is better than that of the I-shaped steel boot. The ultimate bearing capacity of the guide beam is increased by 58% and 12% respectively.
