【摘要】：歷史街區(qū),是通過(guò)長(zhǎng)時(shí)間的沉淀產(chǎn)生的,是當(dāng)?shù)孛癖娂w智慧的產(chǎn)物,并且在一定程度上是一個(gè)地區(qū)風(fēng)俗文化和長(zhǎng)期變化發(fā)展過(guò)程中的物質(zhì)文明的集中體現(xiàn),有豐富的文化遺存,能完整的表達(dá)城鎮(zhèn)真實(shí)的歷史信息。對(duì)它的保護(hù)性開(kāi)發(fā)是對(duì)當(dāng)?shù)貧v史文化傳承的必要手段。歷史街區(qū)一般都處于城鎮(zhèn)的重要地區(qū)。但是隨著我國(guó)社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,對(duì)城鎮(zhèn)的發(fā)展和改造同步進(jìn)行,對(duì)歷史街區(qū)原有風(fēng)貌影響嚴(yán)重。傳統(tǒng)建筑大多陳舊破敗,人們希望改善生活條件,大量涌出的現(xiàn)代建筑正吞噬著傳統(tǒng)建筑,破壞傳統(tǒng)歷史街區(qū)的風(fēng)貌格局,讓寶貴的歷史文化資源慢慢消失,因此,對(duì)歷史街區(qū)的保護(hù)與發(fā)展研究就顯得非常重要。漫川古鎮(zhèn)歷史街區(qū)——明清街,在陜西省商洛市山陽(yáng)縣東南部,處于秦嶺山脈南側(cè),是因水運(yùn)發(fā)達(dá),商品貿(mào)易繁榮發(fā)展而成,是我國(guó)南北文化交融之地。歷史街區(qū)有獨(dú)特的歷史風(fēng)貌,現(xiàn)仍存有陜西規(guī)模最大的明清會(huì)館建筑群。本文在調(diào)研的基礎(chǔ)上,綜合運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)閱讀、實(shí)地調(diào)研、分析比較、歸納總結(jié)的方法,對(duì)漫川關(guān)古鎮(zhèn)歷史街區(qū)——明清街的地理位置、歷史沿革、風(fēng)俗文化、街道布局、傳統(tǒng)民居建筑的空間形態(tài)形態(tài)等現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了較為系統(tǒng)的研究,總結(jié)了明清街保護(hù)與發(fā)展面臨的矛盾,最后,提出行之有效的、可持續(xù)的保護(hù)和發(fā)展的措施。
[Abstract]:The historical district, produced through a long period of precipitation, is the product of the collective wisdom of the local people, and to a certain extent is the concentrated embodiment of the local customs and culture and the material civilization in the process of long-term change and development. There are rich cultural relics, can complete expression of the town's true historical information. The protective development of it is a necessary means to inherit the local history and culture. Historical blocks are generally located in important areas of the town. However, with the development of social economy in China, the development and transformation of cities and towns have a serious impact on the original style and features of historical blocks. Most of the traditional buildings are old and dilapidated. People want to improve their living conditions. A large number of modern buildings are engulfing the traditional buildings, destroying the pattern of the traditional historical blocks and gradually disappearing the precious historical and cultural resources. It is very important to study the protection and development of historical blocks. Ming-Qing Street, the historic block of Manchuan Ancient Town, is located in the southeast of Shanyang County, Shangluo City, Shaanxi Province, on the south side of Qinling Mountains. Historical blocks have unique historical features, there are still Shaanxi's largest Ming and Qing Hall complex. On the basis of investigation, this paper synthetically applies the methods of literature reading, field investigation, analysis and comparison, summing up and summing up the geographical location, historical evolution, custom culture, street layout of the historic block of the ancient town of Manchuan Guan-Ming and Qing Street. This paper makes a systematic study on the status quo of the space form of the traditional residential buildings, summarizes the contradictions faced by the protection and development of the streets in the Ming and Qing dynasties, and finally puts forward some effective and sustainable protection and development measures.
