【摘要】：城市化的進(jìn)程對(duì)城市及周邊環(huán)境造成了巨大的改變,路面硬化程度的提高、可截留雨水植被的減少、城市原有河道的改造等嚴(yán)重影響了城市的自然氣候,改變了其水文效應(yīng)。在突發(fā)特大暴雨及持續(xù)性降雨的情況下,由于城市排水系統(tǒng)存在管網(wǎng)排水能力不足、市政調(diào)蓄能力差、河道擁堵等諸多問題,造成多個(gè)城市地面積水難以排除,最終導(dǎo)致嚴(yán)重的內(nèi)澇現(xiàn)象。城市內(nèi)澇不僅給居民生活造成了諸多的不便,更嚴(yán)重威脅著生命安全,同時(shí)也造成了經(jīng)濟(jì)上的重大損失。結(jié)合水力模型建立內(nèi)澇風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分析的方法,以及基于風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分析對(duì)雨水管網(wǎng)優(yōu)化和海綿城市建設(shè)展開研究具有很強(qiáng)的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。論文綜述比較了現(xiàn)有城市內(nèi)澇風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估、雨水管網(wǎng)優(yōu)化的基本方法,介紹了城市雨水排水系統(tǒng)和治澇系統(tǒng)的基本理念,詳細(xì)闡述了可變模糊聚類模型的基本原理、計(jì)算方法,以合肥市某排水管網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)作為研究對(duì)象,構(gòu)建了排水管網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)內(nèi)澇風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分析模型,并利用風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分析模型綜合評(píng)估水力模型的模擬結(jié)果;在內(nèi)澇風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分析研究的基礎(chǔ)上,深入探討了管網(wǎng)的水力性能、經(jīng)濟(jì)效果優(yōu)化的方法;除此之外,文章從徑流系數(shù)角度出發(fā)分析海綿城市建設(shè)控制指標(biāo)的合理性,結(jié)合管網(wǎng)內(nèi)澇風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分析結(jié)果研究指標(biāo)分解的方法,探討了海綿城市建設(shè)對(duì)雨水管網(wǎng)優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)的影響,設(shè)計(jì)中規(guī)劃性指標(biāo)的選取、控制性指標(biāo)的分解以及建設(shè)方案在空間范圍、管網(wǎng)合理性等存在區(qū)別的建設(shè)區(qū)域上的適用性,并針對(duì)新老城區(qū)的建設(shè)方案提出了合適的建議及實(shí)施的辦法,為老城區(qū)內(nèi)澇防治這一課題帶來新的思路。
[Abstract]:The process of urbanization has caused great changes to the city and its surrounding environment, the improvement of pavement hardening degree, the decrease of vegetation that can be intercepted by Rain Water, and the transformation of the city's original river have seriously affected the natural climate of the city and changed its hydrological effect. In the case of sudden heavy rain and persistent rainfall, due to insufficient drainage capacity of urban drainage network, poor municipal regulation and storage capacity, congestion of river channels and so on, it is difficult to eliminate water accumulation on the ground in many cities. Eventually leading to serious waterlogging. Urban waterlogging not only causes a lot of inconvenience to residents, but also seriously threatens the safety of life. It is of great practical significance to establish the method of waterlogging risk analysis based on hydraulic model and to study the optimization of rainwater pipe network and the construction of sponge city based on risk analysis. This paper summarizes and compares the basic methods of urban waterlogging risk assessment and rainwater network optimization, introduces the basic concepts of urban Rain Water drainage system and waterlogging control system, and expounds in detail the basic principles and calculation methods of variable fuzzy clustering model. Taking a drainage network system in Hefei as an object of study, a model of waterlogging risk analysis of drainage network system is constructed, and the simulation results of hydraulic model are evaluated synthetically by using the risk analysis model. In addition, the paper analyzes the rationality of the control index of sponge city construction from the point of view of runoff coefficient. Combined with the method of index decomposition of waterlogging risk analysis result of pipe network, this paper discusses the influence of sponge city construction on the optimal design of rainwater pipe network, the selection of planning index, the decomposition of control index and the spatial scope of construction scheme. The rationality of the pipe network is different from the applicability of the construction area, and the appropriate suggestions and implementation methods are put forward for the construction scheme of the new and old urban areas, which will bring new ideas to the subject of waterlogging prevention in the old urban areas.
