纖維增強(qiáng)復(fù)材筋增強(qiáng)工程用水泥基復(fù)合材料-混凝土復(fù)合梁受彎性能試驗研究

【摘要】:為解決纖維增強(qiáng)復(fù)材(FRP)筋混凝土梁裂縫寬度和變形均較大的問題,采用受拉性能優(yōu)良的工程用水泥基復(fù)合材料(ECC)取代FRP筋周圍受拉混凝土形成FRP筋ECC-混凝土復(fù)合梁。通過對2組FRP筋ECC-混凝土復(fù)合梁、1組鋼筋ECC-混凝土復(fù)合梁(每組5種不同ECC替代高度)的受彎試驗,分析試件的開裂、屈服、極限荷載以及各級荷載下試件的撓度、裂縫、縱筋應(yīng)變、混凝土平均應(yīng)變。研究表明:鋼筋/FRP筋與混凝土/ECC有較好的協(xié)同變形能力,ECC與混凝土也有較好的黏結(jié)性能;復(fù)合梁截面的平均應(yīng)變均符合平截面假定;復(fù)合梁在正常使用狀態(tài)下,受拉區(qū)ECC能充分發(fā)揮其應(yīng)變硬化特性,形成較多細(xì)而密的裂縫;FRP筋ECC-混凝土復(fù)合梁可有效控制梁的變形值,提高梁的抗彎承載能力。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem of large crack width and deformation of reinforced concrete beams reinforced with fiber reinforced composite beams (FRP) beams, ECC-RC beams with FRP tendons were formed by replacing the tensile concrete around FRP tendons with cement matrix composites with good tensile properties. Based on the flexural tests of two groups of reinforced ECC-concrete composite beams with FRP bars (5 different ECC substitution heights for each group), the cracking, yield, ultimate load, deflection and crack of the specimens under various loads are analyzed. Longitudinal strain, average strain of concrete. The results show that the RC / FRP bars and concrete / ECC have good synergistic deformation capacity and the average strain of the composite beams conforms to the assumption of the plane section, and the composite beams are in normal service, and the average strain of the composite beams is in accordance with the assumption of the plane section. In tensile zone, ECC can give full play to its strain-hardening characteristics and form a number of fine and dense cracks. ECC-concrete composite beams can effectively control the deformation value of the beams and improve the flexural bearing capacity of the beams.
