【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的發(fā)展,建筑行業(yè)也得到了快速的發(fā)展。然而在發(fā)展過(guò)程中,房屋建筑質(zhì)量安全問(wèn)題逐漸突出,不僅影響到建筑企業(yè)的形象,更嚴(yán)重威脅到人們?nèi)罕姷娜松碡?cái)產(chǎn)安全。土建工程是建筑工程的基礎(chǔ)工程,它的施工質(zhì)量直接影響到建筑工程的整體質(zhì)量,因此施工單位必須重視建筑土建工程。文章主要分析了土建工程施工中遇到的一些常見(jiàn)問(wèn)題,并從施工前制定合理的施工方案和施工技術(shù)、加強(qiáng)土建工程施工材料、設(shè)備的質(zhì)量管理、鋼筋工程、混凝土工程等幾個(gè)方面加強(qiáng)質(zhì)量控制。
[Abstract]:With the economic and social development, the construction industry has also been rapid development. However, in the process of development, the problem of building quality and safety is becoming more and more prominent, which not only affects the image of construction enterprises, but also seriously threatens the safety of people's personal and property. Civil engineering is the foundation of building engineering, its construction quality directly affects the overall quality of building engineering, so the construction unit must attach importance to the construction of civil engineering. This paper mainly analyzes some common problems encountered in the construction of civil engineering, and formulates reasonable construction plan and construction technology before construction, strengthens the quality management of construction materials, equipment and steel bar engineering of civil engineering. Concrete engineering and other aspects of strengthening quality control.
